After trying several elaborate styles, she returns to the salon and asks for her original hairstyle, deciding it is the one that fits her best. The episode closes with a short live-action visit to Ken, who builds musical instruments from everyday objects.

Cece's First Haircut

A team of caped rabbit superheroes prepares for a parade in their honor while Dr. Fuzzle Glove plots to ruin it with a flying rain machine. Knowing only the flying hero Handsome Steve can reach him, the villain disguises himself as a barber and gives Steve a haircut so embarrassing that Steve hides away. When the attack begins and the team cannot reach the cloud, Annabelle realizes that hair grows back, and Steve rushes in to save the city. The villain is defeated and carried off, the parade goes ahead, and Steve's new haircut even becomes a trend.

In three short stories, a group of friends known as the sweetie squad throws a Valentine's Day party, holds a 'Girl Makeover Day' at a glam penthouse and salon, and fixes a torn outfit before a concert. When Star goes missing while secretly making a gift song, her friends worry she has lost her spirit and plan a surprise outfit and charm bracelet to cheer her up. The stories move through parties, makeovers, sewing and styling, all set in a pink, sparkle-filled world of talking pups and their human friends. Each segment ends warmly, with hugs, thanks and a final sing-along theme.

Barbershop

Two brothers, David and Shane, share a colourful house and a pretend remote control that the viewer is asked to operate. Shane has grown an enormous amount of hair but is too nervous to visit a real barbershop, so David helps him with encouragement and a comfort blanket named Bob. Along the way they pass through several silly imaginary rooms, meet singing hairbrushes and keep searching for the barbershop while Shane stalls. In the end Shane sits in the barber's chair, gets his haircut and hands out stickers to everyone.
