Bluey and Bingo turn their playroom into a hospital and ask their dad Bandit to be the patient. Across a series of pretend treatments they listen to his heart, take his temperature, scan him with a toy tablet, bandage a leg, deliver a 'baby' and even throw in a birthday celebration. Bandit goes along with every twist, reacting with mock pain and surprise. The game wraps up with the family still together in the same room as the credits roll.

Ben/Anna Split

Ben the huggy monkey rips his paw during a game of tag, so his owner brings him and his sister Anna to Doc's backyard clinic. Doc diagnoses the torn patch, pastes it back on, and keeps Ben overnight to heal, which means the inseparable siblings must spend their first night apart. Both learn to be brave with reassurance from Doc and the nurse, and Anna sings her brother a goodnight song. By morning Ben's paw is healed and the two monkeys are happily reunited and hugging again.

Bumpy and the Wise Old Wolfhound

While Bingo stays overnight in hospital, her family send a homemade video story called 'Bumpy and the Wise Old Wolfhound', with Bluey playing a girl named Barnicus. Barnicus wishes for a puppy, and when Bumpy falls sick she searches the town for a magic cure from the wise old wolfhound. The task he sets, finding purple underpants from someone who has never been sick, leads her to realise that everyone gets sick sometimes. Bumpy recovers, and the story ends with the family's bloopers and goodbyes.

The Search for Mono

Dora, Kate and Pablo are handing out donated toys at the Children's Hospital when they meet Miguel, who has lost his stuffed monkey Mono. After helping him calm down enough to remember that Mono fell out of his bag on the train, they follow the trail to the station, meet a room full of forgotten toys in the lost and found, and repair an old locomotive that carries them to the train yard. There they identify the right carriage just as a cleaning robot starts sealing it, and Pablo's soccer kick opens the door in time. Mono goes back to Miguel, and the leftover toys from the lost and found find homes with the other children.

In a sunny kindergarten classroom, the teacher Calypso settles a disagreement after Rusty is accused of ruining a game. As each child tells their side, the episode shows two pretend stories: a baby hospital where Indy cares for her premature baby Polly, and a knight who rescues a king's daughter from a dragon. The confusion turns out to be over Rusty asking for 'crutches' while the girls thought he said something rude. Once everyone understands, Rusty apologises, Indy welcomes him back, and the children carry on playing together.

Call a Clambulance

Avi, one of the young merchildren, falls off his tricycle and hurts his tail, and a clambulance takes him to the hospital. His classmates and their teacher Mr. Grouper spend the day learning what bones are, how X-rays work and what doctors do, through songs, a pretend jungle-doctor adventure and games that ask the viewer to help. At the end the friends visit Avi in his hospital room, where his tail is healing in a cast. They sign his cast and finish with a doctor dance.

Sore Tummy Pingu

Pingu eats a whole box of food at the family meal and soon develops a sore tummy. His family takes him to the igloo hospital, where a doctor examines him and shows a drawing of his overstuffed stomach. Pingu is put to bed to recover, cared for by the staff and his family. The episode is told without real words, using the series' expressive penguin sounds throughout.

The Cat's Me-Ouch

In a suburban home and garden, Tom the cat hunts Jerry the mouse, who recruits a small bulldog to protect him. The two trade escalating physical gags, with Tom grabbing an axe and trapping Jerry in a jar while the bulldog keeps turning the tables. The comedy runs on chase and collision rather than words, with almost no spoken dialogue. By the end Tom is wrapped head to toe in bandages in a hospital bed while Jerry teases him.
