When Una tries a deeper dive she cannot reach the pebble and feels everyone is watching, so her friend Silky the seal joins her and helps her spot it. Una takes a deep breath, dives down herself, and brings the pebble back up. The friends cheer, and the episode ends with the idea that it was good friend practice too.

Pete the Cat and his family drive to the beach, where his older brother Bob plans to teach him to surf. Pete secretly fears the big waves, so he stalls by playing in the sand and burying himself to stay cool, while his mom quietly senses something is wrong. Bob figures out the problem, admits he was once scared too, and slowly introduces Pete to the water. Pete rides his first wave, falls, tries again and finishes the day surfing happily as the sun goes down.

Simon refuses to go to the pool with his class, telling his father 'no way, never, ever'. The next day his teacher leads the children to the pool, where Simon finds his friend Lou is just as scared. Simon decides to help Lou into the cold water, and together they learn to float, kick, jump in, and ride the slide with the instructor. The episode closes with Simon offering to teach his little brother Gaspard, who replies 'never ever'.

On a hot day, Dad takes Bluey and Bingo to Uncle Stripe's pool while Mum stays behind. Because Dad skipped the boring packing, the family has no floaties, goggles, sunscreen, towels or snacks, so he improvises to keep the girls happy and safe. Bingo grows increasingly bored, cold and hungry until Mum arrives with everything that was left behind. The day is saved and Dad admits that boring things are important sometimes.

Jessica, an imaginative girl who loves pretending to be a shark, arrives with her mother for her first swimming lesson at an outdoor pool. Their teacher, Mr. Mark, guides a small group of children through floating, doggy paddle, kicking and getting their faces wet. Along the way Jessica makes friends with Logan and Stanley, talks about how everyone's body looks different, and works past her fear of the water. She ends by putting her whole head under and standing up for Stanley, with her mom cheering her on.

Noah, a young boy with a tiny mouse perched on his head, and a red-haired girl in swim goggles spend this segment in the water learning to swim. A bouncy song walks through the steps one by one: float like a boat, point your feet and kick, paddle your arms, and blow bubbles like a fish. The Spanish phrase 'puedo nadar' (I can swim) appears on screen and in the refrain throughout. By the end the children put all the steps together and celebrate being able to swim.

A young boy named Eddie is guided by a calm narrator and his Dad through everything that happens on a trip to the swimming pool. Step by step they cover the changing room, the locker, the shower, the shallow and deep ends, the lifeguard, and the pool rules, with Eddie playing and practising along the way. Across the episode Eddie works up the courage to put his head underwater, which he finally manages. The trip ends with a shower, getting dressed, and heading home, followed by a short recap of the steps.

Noah Tries To Keep His Cool

Noah spends a hot day at the pool with his friend Coco, but he keeps avoiding the water. He tries an umbrella and then a snow machine to cool down, and the snow machine buries him instead. When asked what is wrong, Noah admits he never learned to swim because he was always traveling with his parents, and a friend points out he has a whole year with his abuela to learn. Noah then seeks out a swimming instructor who speaks only Spanish, and after some miming and persistence he manages to ask for lessons.

Two dinosaur friends, brave-talking Rocky and timid Bill, have a beach sleepover that drifts them out to a mysterious island on a lily pad. Stuck with a hungry predator lurking, Rocky finally admits he cannot swim, and Bill teaches him to float, breathe and kick. Together they swim to escape Terminator and make it back to the beach. By the end Rocky can swim on his own and the two celebrate their friendship.

Noah Rides the Waves

Noah turns up for a swimming class but a language barrier means he is misunderstood and ends up towed behind a boat on water skis instead. Panicking because he cannot swim, he talks himself through the Spanish for 'I can't swim', working from 'puedo nadar' to 'no puedo nadar', and finally rides the waves to cheers from the other children. A short companion segment then follows a small mouse in a separate, more textured cartoon style. The episode ends on celebration and the mouse's playful antics.

On the hottest day in Important City, a team of caped rabbit heroes heads to the public pool to cool off. A lab scientist named Louise transforms into the villain Auntie Freeze and tries to freeze all the water in the world so no one will ever have to swim. The bunnies work together, freezing and unfreezing each other along the way, to stop her before her formula reaches the ocean. They discover her real problem is a fear of water, defeat her plan, and offer her swimming lessons at a summer camp before finally jumping into the pool themselves.
