What Will Little Bear Wear?

Little Bear wants to play in the falling snow, but keeps coming back inside to tell Mother Bear he is cold. One by one she closes her eyes and makes him a hat, a coat and snow pants, and finally hands back his own fur. Outside he builds a snow bear all by himself, adding buttons, a hat and Father Bear's scarf. In the end he realises that playing has warmed him up and he is not cold at all.

Hide and Seek

Up All Night

Through the evening he keeps calling for Mother Bear, who patiently brings water, cools him down and reassures him, and he meets a friendly Cat who likes the dark. In the end Mother Bear agrees to wait with him for the sunrise, but he falls asleep first. He wakes to morning sure that he saw the sunrise and his father waving, and Father Bear comes home.

Little Bear's Bath

While bathing, Little Bear imagines his tub becoming a wide sea, where he meets a mermaid tangled in a fishing net and helps her get free as they look for Father. The episode ends with Little Bear asking to hear his favorite part of the letter one more time.

Father Bear Comes Home

A Flu

Through the day his animal friends visit one by one, each describing alarming things the flu supposedly did to someone they knew, which leaves Little Bear worrying about his nose, ears, and eyes. His mother returns, sends the visitors out so he can rest, and cleans him up. By evening he feels normal again and jokes about pretending to still be sick to get out of helping clean.

Fishing with Father Bear

They pack a picnic, row out in a boat, and Father Bear teaches Little Bear to be his first mate, showing him how to row and cast a line.
