Otis and the Kittens

A New Truck in Town

Mount Mumandad

Owl School

They try each owl lesson in turn, hunting, silent flying, night vision and the head swivel, and discover puffins simply cannot do what owls do. The episode ends with the owls wanting to learn puffin skills instead, and the narrator noting that puffins and owls are each incredible in their own way.

Mossy Impossible

On a bright afternoon at Puffin Rock, the young puffin Una gets tangled in sea debris at the shore, near the cliff where unfriendly seagulls live. Her friend Mossy the pygmy shrew and the stoat Bernie work to free her, with Mossy climbing a cliff, swimming a lagoon and even riding on a puffin's back to fetch Una's parents. The puffins cut through the debris with their bills, and Una is freed just as the seagulls come back. The episode ends with Una safe and Mossy earning a rest after his effort.

The Dragonfly Display

Zoo

The game ends at pretend nighttime, with Lady Dabba-Dee deciding she will not visit that zoo again.

Dee and the Ozberry Adventure

Scarecrow resists the traditional scaring method, and after the birds take the berries and carry Tin to their nest, he works out that the birds only want shiny things and offers to share decorations instead. The berries are returned, the feast goes ahead, and back at camp Dee makes her sandwich her own way and earns the badge.

Hawai'i

George the monkey wakes up on a Hawaiian vacation and sets off to explore while the Man in the Yellow Hat goes birdwatching. With his dog friend Hundley, George drifts along the coast, crosses a coral reef, climbs toward a volcano, and photographs plants, birds, and sea turtles along the way. He meets hotel staff, locals, and two botanists who explain Hawaiian nature and culture. By sunset George finds his way back and reunites with the Man, having captured the whole day in pictures.

Up, Up and Away

George visits Rankin's farm for blueberries and helps inflate Mrs. Rankin's hot-air balloon, then climbs aboard with the neighbor boy Bill. When the tether comes loose, the two float off across farmland, a lake and toward the sea while the Man with the Yellow Hat and Mr. Quint give chase by boat. George experiments with the burner, the sandbags and finally the vent, working out how to make the balloon descend. They land safely, and George even takes the bird photographs Bill had forgotten.

Hawthorn the Adventurer

Pinecone keeps pushing him to drop his planning and follow instinct, and a magic sweatband from a curious shop briefly turns Hawthorn reckless. When a stone giant snatches Pony and Blaze, Hawthorn removes the sweatband, thinks clearly, and uses his packed supplies and research to free them. The two friends finish the quest together and agree that both their adventuring styles have value.

Mom of a Croc

Chris and Martin Kratt shrink down disguised as crocodile eggs to study a Nile crocodile mother nicknamed 'Crocodilla' along an African river. They count 57 eggs, observe how she regulates nest temperature, and watch her defend the nest from monitor lizards, hippos and other predators while Aviva, Koki and Jimmy support from the Tortuga base. The team discovers that egg temperature decides the hatchlings' sex and helps move the baby crocs safely to the nursery pool. By the end Aviva, who started out disliking crocodiles, admits she was wrong to judge them before knowing them.

Too Many Treasures

Craig, a boy who hoards odds and ends he calls treasures, is challenged by his mom to sort what he wants from what he needs. When his friends break the way into their creek hideout, the group sets off with a crew of bike riders to find a replacement wheel at a distant junk pile. There they meet a boy who guards the junk and calls them thieves, leading to a chase they escape by shedding some of their load. Back home, Craig sorts his treasures and keeps only what he needs, ending with his mom handing down a scarf.
