Tig, a young girl, visits a busy funfair for the first time with her mummy, daddy, friend Angel, and her toy spider Woolly. While Angel loves every ride, Tig feels overwhelmed by the noise and wants to go home, so her dad takes her to a cafe for a break. Woolly helps her by naming where each sound comes from, from the dodgems' music to the carousel horses, until the funfair feels manageable. Tig then joins the rides, enjoys the carousel, and the episode ends with a song about her and Woolly.

Blame it on the Train, Owlette

Three children, Connor, Amaya and Greg, hear about a new fairground ride called the Fairground Flyer Train, but the train disappears just as they reach the front of the queue. They transform into the superheroes Catboy, Owlette and Gekko and track the stolen train through the night city, where they discover the villain Romeo has taken it using a device that lays and removes tracks anywhere. Owlette repeatedly rushes ahead and ruins each attempt, then apologises to her teammates and proposes a coordinated plan in which each hero plays a specific role. The team jams Romeo's device, returns the train to the fair, and Amaya happily waits in line for her friends the next day.

Stepbrothers Phineas and Ferb spend their summer building spectacular projects: first a giant backyard roller coaster, then a birthday tribute to their sister carved into Mount Rushmore. Their teenage sister Candace keeps trying to prove to their mother what they are up to, while the family's pet platypus secretly works as a secret agent foiling a scientist's schemes. The two stories cut between these threads and bring them together at the close. In both, the projects are completed, the evidence vanishes before the boys are caught, and everything resets to normal.
