Saving Ayati

In a prehistoric jungle, a group of young dinosaur friends is playing games when their giant long-necked friend Ayati topples over and cannot get back up. Led by the inventive Mazu, they try one plan after another, tickling her, pulling with vines, and levering a boulder off a cliff, each of which fails. In the end they lure the enormous Gigantosaurus with a walnut, and he knocks the boulder loose in a way that finally lifts Ayati to her feet. The friends celebrate as Ayati heads home to the jungle before nightfall.

Puppet Theater

Dora, Kate and their friends are staging a free puppet show of the three little pigs for the children in their neighbourhood when Pablo accidentally sends the piggy puppets flying backstage. Dora and Kate follow them into Puppet World, a handmade fairy tale land where they help the seven dwarves, the gingerbread man, Rapunzel and Jack along the way. They reach Littlest Piggy in time to finish his brick house, using frosting in place of glue, and when the big bad wolf arrives he huffs, puffs and tumbles into the water. The group pulls him out, he apologises, blows the flattened houses back into shape, and joins the puppet show as its most dramatic performer.

Jane's Perfect Present

On a prehistoric western ranch, the Cassidy children build a shiny gemstone mobile as a surprise birthday gift for their mother, Ma. They hunt for the perfect gemstone with help from Teddy the pterodactyl, but a wild pterodactyl snatches the finished gift and flies off, and their rescue attempts fail. At the party the kids admit they lost the present and apologize, and Ma hugs them and explains that spending time together was all she ever wanted. The episode ends with the family singing and dancing at her birthday celebration.

Speeder Surprise

Nash and RJ surprise the young Jedi Kai, Lys, and Nubs with custom speeders, and the friends ride out into the Tanu grasslands. There they meet a lost creature cub they name Zippy and set out to reunite him with his family before dark. Along the way Kai keeps ignoring his droid beepers, which leads to crashes and a stuck speeder, until he learns to listen. The friends free the speeder, make a careful jump across a ravine, and return Zippy to his family.

Mayor Teeny

When the town playground falls into disrepair and the busy mayor cannot keep up, a child named Teeny is made 'mayor for the day' and quickly finds the job harder than it looks. As phone calls, a flooding water main and a runaway dog pile up, her friends Goldie and Romeo quietly rebuild the playground to cheer everyone up. The mayor returns, sets the mishaps right and thanks the children for reminding him to make time for fun. The episode ends with the whole group playing together on the fixed seesaw.

Because Triceratops!

In the prehistoric land of Cretacea, a young triceratops named Tiny must pass a triceratops trial of tackling, tossing, tugging and stomping before sundown to prove her strength to the herd. Her serious older brother Trey coaches her, but Tiny keeps turning every move into a dance, her Tiny Touch. After a predator chase leaves Trey trapped in quicksand, Tiny uses her own seesaw trick to lever him free. She then performs the trial her own way and passes, ending with a celebration dance.

Air Archie

Archie, a feathered dinosaur who cannot fly, is teased by his friend Rocky and sets out to prove he can take to the air. His clever friend Mazu tries one idea after another, reshaping his tail feathers, adding a workout and building new wings, while the others cheer him on. When a launch from Mount Oblivion goes wrong and Mazu ends up stranded on the giant Giganto, Archie finally flies to rescue her. The friends celebrate his flight and his newfound skill at landing.

Bell and the Band

Young Jedi Belle brings her broken instrument to a repair shop, where pets and other creatures suddenly start marching out of town. Belle and Kai follow them and discover Newf Grayson, who is using a sound wave modulator to force the animals to be his adoring fans. The children distract Newf with a music duel while Kai switches off the machine and frees the creatures. Newf apologises, the pets return home, and he learns to win an audience with a genuine song.

The Crevice

In a prehistoric world of talking dinosaurs, four young friends, Rocky, Bill, Tiny and Mazu, are stranded when the shaking ground rips open into a deep crevice. They try several ways to cross, from jumping and swinging on a vine to firing themselves over with Mazu's homemade launcher, while the giant Giganto lingers nearby. When Tiny gets pinned, the timid Bill faces his fear and stirs up a geyser to draw Giganto away for a bath. Everyone makes it home safely and celebrates Bill's bravery.

The Island

Two dinosaur friends, brave-talking Rocky and timid Bill, have a beach sleepover that drifts them out to a mysterious island on a lily pad. Stuck with a hungry predator lurking, Rocky finally admits he cannot swim, and Bill teaches him to float, breathe and kick. Together they swim to escape Terminator and make it back to the beach. By the end Rocky can swim on his own and the two celebrate their friendship.

Mazu Takes A Chance

Mazu, the clever dinosaur, must get a rare dragonfly back from a pair of raptors who will only trade it for a scale from the giant Giganto. She invents plan after plan to peel a scale, and each one fails, from a vine-and-rock cutter to a gentle grabber. Encouraged by her friends Rocky, Bill and Tiny to keep trying and to use her head, she finally realises she can outsmart the raptors with a trap instead. The dragonfly is freed, her eggs hatch safely, and a loose scale drifts down to Mazu at the end.

No Joke

In the prehistoric world of Cretacea, a young dinosaur named Tiny wants to share her jokes but finds her friends Rocky, Bill and Mazu too busy to listen. She teams up with the prankster D-Lo, who keeps startling other dinosaurs and calling it funny, until his geyser prank leaves Tiny stranded on the giant Giganto's back. Using Mazu's discovery that wet scales are slippery, Tiny slides safely down. By the end D-Lo gives up mean pranks and the friends apologise for ignoring Tiny.
