Brother Bear is hitting well in a sandlot game when Papa suggests he try out for the Bear Country Cardinals, and Sister Bear decides to try out too. Brother grows jealous and afraid of losing his spot to his sister, so he fakes a sore arm to skip the tryouts. Sister catches the lie and encourages him, and the two practice together before the tryouts. In the end the coach is impressed by both and adds a second spot, so Brother and Sister both make the team.

The Birthday Boy

Sister Bear is given a weekend school project to tell the class about a special family member. After ruling out the pets and finding her parents too busy, she reluctantly chooses her brother, whose tenth birthday is the next day, and films him with Papa's camera. While recording, she discovers his skill at sports, his patience, and the moment he stands up to a bully called Too Tall to recover her ribbon. At the birthday party she gives him the finished movie titled 'My Hero', and the family agrees that showing how you feel can be the greatest gift of all.

Glitterizer

Pinkalicious's mother invents a machine called the Glitterizer that coats anything in sparkles. Eager to help test it, Pinkalicious borrows it without asking and glitters objects all over the neighborhood, until she covers her friend Raphael's painting and upsets him. She apologizes, and with her brother Peter she finds that a slow press releases just a little glitter, so the two restore and add to the artwork together. A short live-action opening shows the books' author making collage art before the animated story begins.

A Whole Bot of Fun

Doug, a boy robot from Rebots, delivers a handmade table tennis ball to a girl named Emma in Mega City. Curious about why humans play games, he spends the day with Emma chasing the ball that keeps bouncing away, using roller-skates, a grown-up disguise, and a ball pit along the way. Emma realizes they were having fun the whole time, and Doug learns what a hug means. He flies home and shares his new hug with his proud parents.

Mighty Milton

A new cub named Milton Chubb arrives at school and on Farmer Ben's farm, and Too Tall's gang teases him for being clumsy at every sport. Too Tall apologises and the team welcomes Milton. The episode closes on the cubs cheering him as 'Mighty Milton.'

Hoopin' Hopper

A short felt stop-motion legend set in the Chinese countryside is woven in, and the story closes with the match resolved and the friends together before the credits and a closing logo.

Power Struggle

Major, the leader of Big Tree City Rescue, secretly exercises alone because he is embarrassed about how much he sweats. When the power fails at the music stadium hours before pop star Lil' JJ's concert, the team splits up: Major and Kit head to the power station while Flame and Trix bring a backup generator that promptly breaks. With no other option, the team powers the concert by pedalling an exercise bike, and when everyone runs out of energy Major has to take over. He admits his fear of being laughed at, Kit reassures him, and he pedals hard enough to save the show.

Gekko and the Super Ninjalinos

Three children transform into the superheroes Catboy, Owlette and Gekko after Night Ninja and his Ninjalinos steal the city's sports equipment. Gekko insists he can defeat the villain alone and pushes his friends away through several failed attempts. After he admits his mistake, the three heroes work together to separate the Ninjalinos and recover the stolen gear. The episode ends with Night Ninja defeated and the sports day saved.

Game Room

Booba, a small furry creature, wanders into a home games room and plays with everything he finds, from a pool table and a punching bag to a ping pong table, exercise balls and a test-your-strength bell. Each object leads to a physical-comedy mishap, told without dialogue through gasps and big expressive faces. He bounces from one game to the next on his own, with no other characters or adults around. The action winds down into a lengthy credits sequence that closes the episode.

A Good Heart

After finding Zee collapsed in the street from chasing an ice cream truck, Newt straps a heart monitor on his wrist and puts him through a home fitness routine of vegetable smoothies, a punching bag, dumbbells and an exercise bike. Zee resists, and one night he climbs out of his bedroom window to follow the ice cream truck down the road. Newt catches up and both end up racing after the vehicle, which hits a ramp and overturns. The episode closes with the two of them standing amid ice cream scattered across the road.

Slick Moves

Slick spends his days dancing to a boombox in the neighbourhood, wearing headphones and sunglasses wherever he goes. His music keeps landing on top of whatever Jeff is trying to do, from reading in the library to raking the lawn, and the two end up chasing each other through the street. When Slick performs alone on a talent stage, the audience boos and throws fruit at him. Jeff steps on stage, the two dance as a pair, and the crowd cheers.

Florence Newtingale

Newt calls Fuse over to her pink house to deal with a cockroach in her kitchen sink, and the visit ends with Fuse gulping chilli sauce and storming home. After Newt turns up with apology flowers, Fuse has an accident at his own door and she wraps him in bandages. She then nurses him around the clock, feeding him, plumping his pillows and vacuuming up after him, while he quietly enjoys every minute and never admits he has recovered. Newt finally drops asleep from exhaustion, and Fuse rolls off to be looked after somewhere else.
