Bing, a young rabbit, and his friend Pando find a new climbing frame at the park with steps, a tippy tunnel, a rope ladder and a wobbly bridge. At the top, Bing is scared of the very high slide and tells his carer Flop he does not like it. With Flop's patience, and after watching Pando and the toy Hoppity Voosh go down first, Bing slides down himself and enjoys it. He ends by recapping that when you are scared, you can watch someone else try first.

Cece's First Haircut

Cece is nervous about her first haircut, and JJ invites the viewer to come along. Her mom announces it is almost time to leave, and her friends use a 'magic' ladybug light to play a pretend barbershop so Cece can rehearse what will happen. At the real shop Mr. Curly welcomes her, teaches her to take a deep breath and count to three when worry returns, and walks her through spinning the chair, spritzing her hair, snipping, and styling. The episode ends with Cece proud of her new look and clapping along to the closing song.

Bailey and the Doggy Doctor

In a sunny construction yard, a crew of builder pups is finishing a new office for Dr. Barkley when the youngest pup, Bailey, gets a splinter and grows afraid of having it removed. To stall, Bailey draws on the plans and hides the crew's tools, until they realise she is scared and rebuild the office with a ball pit and a slide to make the doctor feel fun. With encouragement from her family and a song about the 'right tool for the job', Bailey lets Dr. Barkley tweeze out the splinter. She ends the day proud, with a lollipop for the whole crew.

Kermit's Cookie Caper

At a backyard play-date table, baby Kermit leaves his cookie with a girl named Janice and asks her to guard it while he goes to wash his hands. One by one, baby Miss Piggy and baby Gonzo try to charm or trick the cookie away, and Janice turns each of them down. When she looks away for a moment, Animal swoops in and eats the cookie, so Kermit heads off to ask Miss Nanny for another one and Janice finally starts on her own snack.

Nap Time Song

At a preschool nap time, Miss Appleberry and a group of toddlers sing about counting sheep to fall asleep. One by one the children share small worries, wanting to keep playing, being scared of the dark, and feeling alone, and each is met with reassurance and the offer of a teddy bear. A short dream sequence drifts through a starry sky before the song returns to its counting refrain. The episode closes with the children settling down and the promise of more fun after the nap.
