Muddy Puddles

On a rainy day, Peppa and her little brother George go outside to jump in muddy puddles, with Mummy reminding them to wear their boots. Peppa leads George from puddle to puddle and checks a big one is safe before he jumps in. They show their muddy selves to Daddy Pig, who helps clean up and then joins the whole family for a splash in the garden. The episode ends with everyone jumping together in the mud.

Bicycles

On a sunny day Peppa, George and their friends ride bikes near Daddy Pig's garden, where he is proud of the large pumpkin he has grown. After friends point out that her bike still has stabilisers, Peppa asks Daddy Pig to take them off and practises until she can ride on her own. Excited by her new skill, she races off without looking and squashes the pumpkin. Daddy Pig reassures her that she matters more than the pumpkin, then turns it into enough pumpkin pie for everyone.

Daddy Loses His Glasses

Daddy Pig cannot find his glasses and grows grumpy because everything looks fuzzy without them. Peppa and George search the family home, checking under the newspaper, on the television, in the bedroom and in the bathroom, but come up empty. In the end Daddy Pig discovers he was sitting on the glasses the whole time. The family laughs it off and his good mood returns.

Picnic

Peppa, George and their parents pack a basket and drive to a field for a picnic on a sunny day. They eat together, feed leftover bread to a family of ducks, and Daddy Pig ends up running across the field to escape a wasp. Peppa reminds everyone to save the promised cake for the ducks before they head home. The episode closes with the family waving goodbye to the ducks.

Kiri, a bold little dinosaur, and Lou, a gentle purple creature, are best friends who decide to go swimming in their forest. The water turns out to be too cold for Lou, and when Kiri splashes him and laughs, his feelings are hurt and he quietly goes off on his own. A trio of birds sings while Kiri realises she has upset her friend and feels bad about it. She finds Lou, apologises for being mean, and the two make up.

Piggy in the Middle

In the family garden, George plays with his ball and Peppa teases him about how to catch, so Mummy Pig teaches everyone the game Piggy in the Middle. As they play, Peppa keeps taunting George until he is upset, and Mummy tells her it is not fair to tease him. Daddy Pig joins in, Peppa apologises, and Mummy gives both children a helping hand so they can catch the ball. The episode ends with all four pigs happily playing catch together.

Secrets

Mummy Pig gives Peppa a special box to keep secret things in, and Peppa fills it and refuses to tell George, Daddy or Mummy what is inside. George and Daddy take turns guessing and get it wrong, and then Peppa discovers George has a secret box too and grows frustrated that she cannot guess his. Mummy suggests they each reveal one item at the same time, so the children show a trumpet and a drum. George also has a custard donut, and the family ends by sharing donuts together.

Square's Big Prank

Square, a tidy square who likes everything in its place, is pranked every morning by his friend Triangle. Square decides to prank back and, with advice from Circle and a crystal-cave oracle to go bigger, huger, then enormous, he keeps escalating his attempts. His small tricks all fail, but the enormous one accidentally knocks down Triangle's whole house and a mountain. Instead of being upset, Triangle is thrilled and declares their prank war will never end.

Alma vs. Eddie

Alma, a young girl in a lively city neighbourhood, looks forward to a baseball game where her family roots for rival teams. After watching her grandfather and father trade affectionate pranks, she starts pranking her cousin Eddie and keeps going even after he stops finding it funny. When Eddie gets upset, Alma pauses to think back over what happened, realises he was no longer enjoying it, and apologises. They make up, and when rain cancels the game the cousins end the day splashing together in the puddles.

The Playgroup

Peppa and George travel to Peppa's playgroup for George's first day, watched over by Madam Gazelle. Peppa first worries her little brother is too small, but after Danny Dog admires George's toy dinosaur she becomes proud of him. During a painting session Peppa tries to teach George to paint a flower while he paints a dinosaur instead. Madam Gazelle praises both pictures and hangs them on the wall, and the children ask if George can come again next time.

The Surprise

Paprika twins Stan and Olivia and their friends Puff and Ed plan a set of surprises, a snow cake, a snowman and a snowball fight, for their friend Bigfoot while he is away at the hairdresser. In a snowy outdoor setting, they keep giving in to temptation and use up each surprise before he returns. When Bigfoot finally comes home, they confess and apologise. He forgives them and tells them they are his best friends, and the episode closes with the Paprika song.

Stinkpod Day

Eureka, a young inventor, and her dad collect spiky, foul-smelling stink pods on Stink Pod Day, the same pods everyone else throws away. Eureka refuses to discard them and sets out to find a use, brainstorming ideas and building a raft that dissolves into goop in the river. After a night camping in the backyard, they toss a pod into the campfire and discover it turns into a sweet treat. The episode ends with the family selling the new 'yum pods' at the town market.
