Ray, a small pink bird, wakes her friends Do, Re and Mi at dawn so they will not miss the auditions for the Fabulous Flamingo-Go's. She sings for Flora, Ferris and Frida, who are struck by her voice and choose her to perform at the Birdie Nest Bowl. At rehearsals Ray keeps being overlooked and tries to fix it with stilts and an oversized bow, both of which leave her on the floor. Her friends and the flamingos tell her she only has to be herself, and she performs the show that evening as she is.

The Elf Games

Ben the elf prepares for the elf games, a sports day of running, jumping, and lifting where magic and flying are banned. Holly the fairy princess wants to join but is told the games are only for elves, until her family's secret magic gets Ben disqualified. In the end Holly partners Ben in the wheelbarrow race, using her gymnastics to help them win. The elves agree to add dancing and gymnastics to the next games so fairies can take part too.

Piggy's Show and Tell

Piggy prepares for her class show and tell and keeps trying on costumes, imagining herself as a warrior princess, a wizard and finally a superhero. Her friends Gonzo and Kermit watch and gently question each new look. When Piggy makes a dramatic 'super shot', she is cast as the hero who saves Summer. She proudly signs off as Super Piggy, then realizes she forgot about the show and tell, leaving Summer feeling overlooked.

Animal's Show and Tell

In a Muppet Babies playroom, it is Animal's turn for show and tell. He wants to show his drum set and, after a little back and forth with Miss Piggy about whether he will tell or just show, he mostly drums with great excitement. Gonzo and the others watch, some sharing popcorn. The segment ends with Miss Piggy telling Animal he may finally play.
