The Magnetic Crane

A load of metal beams spills across the highway in Car City and traffic comes to a complete standstill. Ethan and the other trucks call in Carl the Super Truck, who returns to his base and is fitted with a magnetic crane arm. Back at the highway he sweeps the magnet over the road, accidentally lifting Deen along with the metal before switching it off and trying again more carefully. The collected metal goes into Ethan's dump bed and the cars start moving again.

Manny, a friendly handyman, and his talking tools are called by Mayor Rosa to fix a broken traffic light on Main Street in the town of Sheet Rock Hills. While they work, the pliers Squeeze slips away to grab a coin from a drain, hoping to help buy Manny some new gloves, and gets trapped underground. Manny and the tools weigh several ideas and work together to free her safely, then finish the repair so traffic can flow again. The mayor later surprises Manny with the gloves as a thank-you, which the whole group is eager to try on.

The Cement Truck

In Car City, garbage truck Gerrit accidentally drives into a lamp post and knocks it over. Tom tows the damaged Gerrit to the garage while crane Charlie prepares to lift the pole back up, but the cement mixer Christopher is away on holiday. Super Truck flies to his cave, transforms into a cement mixer and returns to pour cement around the base of the pole. Charlie holds it upright until the cement is in place, and the episode ends with the lamp post standing again and the cement left to dry.

Meekah Flips on a Trampoline at Skyzone

She picks out grippy socks, counts the trampolines, jumps into a foam pit, and tries shooting baskets while she searches for an instructor named Quincy. Meekah decides to keep practicing and closes by inviting viewers to look up her name.

The Mop Machine

In a snow covered Car City, Frank the fire truck is preparing a winter festival and a new skating rink for tomorrow's hockey tournament, but the ice has soft patches and slippery patches. The friends decide a special machine is needed, and Frank fetches Carl, who transforms into an ice resurfacing machine with a spray arm and brushes. Carl frees a car whose wheels are frozen in, then works back and forth across the whole rink, wetting the surface and taking off the extra water. The ice is declared ready, and Frank leaves an ice cream in the freezer as a thank you.

The Fire Truck

The Hoverboat (Part 1)

Across seven separate stories he washes a muddy baby truck, tracks a mysterious noise in a Halloween-decorated garage, patches an oil leak in Bobby the bus, unsticks vehicles from deep snow while fetching a Christmas tree, repairs Vicky's ice cream van, catches a helper falling from a fire engine ladder and chases a runaway caravan at a campsite. Each story opens with Gecko greeting the viewer, works through the fault step by step, and closes with the customer repaired and a wave goodbye. The final segment ends with the group settling by the campfire for a story.

The Hoverboat (Part 4)

A strong wind takes the ball out over the lake, so Tom calls Carl, who turns himself into a hoverboat and heads for the water. The Crew Builds a Tunnel

When a fallen boulder blocks the road, pop star Sierra Sparkle's tour bus cannot reach her concert in Builder Cove. Rubble and his crew of construction pups drive out to help, first trying to move and smash the boulder, which sets off an avalanche they escape safely. They then dig and reinforce a tunnel through the rock so the bus can pass. Sierra reaches the stage, reunites with her dad, and thanks the pups before the closing concert.

The Referee Truck

Two teams of cars in Car City are ready for a football match but have no referee, so Tyler's and Katie's teams cannot start. Carl the truck is called in, drives to his cave and transforms into a referee truck with a cap, a whistle and cards. He runs the match, praises good play and gives Tyler a yellow card for barging into other players. With the score level, Katie's team scores the winning goal.
