Star Ball

Alma has to skip her perfect freeze tag plans to tag along to her mom's meeting, where she finds her friends Andre and Rofia bored. Using the empty space, the three invent a floor board game they name Star Ball, with Andre drawing the board, Rofia supplying a spinner, and Alma adding rules. When Alma keeps changing the rules to her own advantage, Andre and Rofia get frustrated and want to quit. Alma thinks back over what happened, apologizes, and the friends agree on the rules together before happily replaying the game, which Andre wins.

Trick Shot

Phoebe and Jay spend the day at the basketball court where their dad, Pete, and Cousin Craig face off in a trick-shot game called Topsy Shotsy. Phoebe coaches Craig and Jay coaches Dad, while Grandma referees and teaches the children to keep score by counting up points on the scoreboard. After a long losing streak, Dad finally wins with Jay's invented 'Topsy surprise' shot. Everyone celebrates and the two players congratulate each other with a 'Good game.'

Alma's New Kicks

Alma, a young girl in a city neighborhood, needs new soccer cleats after she outgrows her old ones, and her mother gives her a fresh pair. At the park she becomes so worried about getting them dirty that she first switches back to her painful old shoes and then avoids kicking the ball, which costs her team. Her friend Rafia shows her that scuff marks are 'memories' from playing, and Alma decides to play freely. Her team scores the winning goal, and afterward she happily passes the well-worn cleats on to her little brother.

Hoopla!

A curious Mouse decides he wants a game his own size, so he turns a stick, an acorn and a hoop into a new game he calls Hoopla. One idea leads to another as he finds the right ball, a bigger field, team costumes and extra players from around the neighbourhood. Friends like Oliver, Pig, Dog, Cat and Chef Moose all pitch in, and it builds to a cheerful Hoopla championship. It ends with Mouse giving away his signed Hoopla stick and the story looping back to a new stick.

The Tortoise and the Hare

Wyatt and his friends, the Super Readers, help Princess Pea and Red, who disagree about whether to jump fast or slow to win a potato sack race. The team jumps into the storybook of the tortoise and the hare, where they collect letters, spell words like 'go' and 'bell', and change a word in a sentence so the hare stops to help the stuck tortoise. The super story answer turns out to be 'enjoy the game'. Back in Storybook Village, the friends run their own race and have fun together, no longer worried about who wins.

The Referee Truck

Two teams of cars in Car City are ready for a football match but have no referee, so Tyler's and Katie's teams cannot start. Carl the truck is called in, drives to his cave and transforms into a referee truck with a cap, a whistle and cards. He runs the match, praises good play and gives Tyler a yellow card for barging into other players. With the score level, Katie's team scores the winning goal.

Just One Of The Princes

Sofia decides to try out for the Royal Prep flying derby team, even though only princes have ever been on it. She trains hard with her winged horse Minimus while Prince Hugo teases her and insists a princess cannot compete. In the big race, Hugo loses control and falls, and Sofia gives up her shot at winning to stop and help him. The episode ends with the rivals on friendlier terms and Sofia having earned her place.

The Elf Games

Ben the elf prepares for the elf games, a sports day of running, jumping, and lifting where magic and flying are banned. Holly the fairy princess wants to join but is told the games are only for elves, until her family's secret magic gets Ben disqualified. In the end Holly partners Ben in the wheelbarrow race, using her gymnastics to help them win. The elves agree to add dancing and gymnastics to the next games so fairies can take part too.

The Incredible Truck

In Car City, Katie and Jerry set off for a race at the track but find the highway bridge broken and impassable. Katie phones Carl, who drives to a hidden garage and is rebuilt into a masked super truck with speed and a repair beam. He first lies across the gap so the two cars can drive over him, then locates the missing bridge sections and welds them back into place. The cars thank him for the finished bridge and the episode closes with a joke about him having competition.

Gecko's Thrilling Adventures

Gecko runs a repair garage with a crew of small robot helpers called the machines. Across nine short stories they upgrade a monster truck's jump, get stuck in spilled glue, race a boastful weasel, free Tilly from a muddy slope, pull two buses off drifting ice, help a flying cat land without her skis, trace a litter trail back to Dylan the garbage truck, and switch off a runaway magnet with a wooden spoon. Most trouble arrives by accident and is fixed with a tool and a plan within a couple of minutes. Each story closes with everyone safe and an invitation to come back to the garage.

Elias

Swifty, a small bouncy boat, challenges Elias the red rescue boat to a race around Gull Island. When Swifty vanishes, the lighthouse Big Blinky hears strange singing and decides a mermaid has returned, which sends Trolley and the other boats rushing to spread the news. Elias searches the coast and finds Swifty stuck on the rocks, the real source of the singing. He frees his friend, the mermaid turns out to be Swifty all along, and they head home talking about another race and fixing Big Blinky's broken light.

Meekah & Blippi Race Cars at Discovery Cube

Along the way they touch on wind energy, condensation and the Santa Ana winds. The episode ends with the two saying goodbye and spelling out their names for the viewer.
