Llama Llama wakes up hoping to attend his school carnival, but Mama finds he still has a fever and keeps him home to rest and to avoid spreading his cold. He is disappointed and even tries to sneak out, but Mama comforts him with soup, cuddles, and pretend play through the day. His friends and family then surprise him by setting up a whole carnival at his house, with games, balloons, and treats. He ends the day feeling lucky for his friends and his mama, just as a small new sneeze returns.

Tea Party Tantrum

Susie Sunshine, usually cheerful, turns cranky and refuses to play tea party with Doc and her toys. Doc gives her a checkup and works out that her eyes are stuck open, so she cannot sleep, caused by sticky pineapple residue. After Doc wipes her eyes clean, Susie takes a nap and wakes up happy, ending with the whole group enjoying a fresh tea party.

Run Down Race Car

Donnie's toy race car Ricardo suddenly slows down and loses a race, leaving Donnie upset. Doc takes Ricardo to her pretend clinic, examines his engine, and works out that he has run out of energy from racing too much without recharging. After Ricardo is plugged in and a tired Donnie takes a nap, both are back to full energy. In the championship rematch a toy turtle car wins, and everyone celebrates a good race.

True and Bartleby are decorating the Colorsium for the Rainbow King's dance party when Griselda, hoping the spotlight will fall on her, intercepts DJ Bingo Bango and tells him his music is unplayable. He believes her, calls himself a terrible DJ and heads for the never-ending forest. True visits Zee at the wishing tree, learns that Bingo Bango has lost his confidence, and uses three wishes to make him laugh, keep a beat and amplify his sound. He plays for the empty stadium, the crowd returns, and Griselda joins the dancing after True points out that dancing together is the most fun.

The Sleepover

Cousin Muffin arrives for a sleepover overtired after skipping her afternoon nap, just as Bluey and Bingo have been promised they can stay up late. The girls invent a string of pretend games, a restaurant, a chip shop and a police chase, partly to stretch the evening out, while Mum balances her promise against Muffin's need for sleep. Muffin grows sillier and droopier until the girls are finally sent to bed at eight o'clock. The next morning a tired Bluey wakes to find a pretend flamingo tucked into Muffin's sleeping bag.

Nursery Schooling

When Casey the koala catches a cold and has to rest, junior flyers Pip the penguin and Freddy the flamingo are put in charge of the T.O.T.S. baby nursery for the day. They struggle to feed, bathe, and nap the uncooperative baby animals, causing a food fight and a failed lullaby along the way. Freddy realizes the babies will happily join in if every chore is turned into a game, and together the birds get all the tots ready for delivery. Casey returns feeling better and finds each baby fed, clean, and settled.

Cheetah Chase

At the T.O.T.S. nursery, delivery pals Pip the penguin and Freddy the flamingo discover that baby cheetah Chase has skipped his nap and wants only to play. They teach him tag and even borrow rocket skates, but the speedy cheetah is impossible to catch. When the koala manager reminds them that all babies tire eventually, they sing him a lullaby over the announcement microphone until he drifts off. Chase is then delivered, well rested, to his cheetah family in the savanna.

You've Gotta Be Kitten Me

On their first day as Junior Flyers at a baby delivery service, penguin Pip and flamingo Freddy are sent to bring a kitten named Kiki home to her parents. Kiki keeps returning because she believes the two birds are her mama and dada, so they try again and again to complete the delivery on time. With encouragement from Captain Beekman and the idea of rocking Kiki to sleep, they finally reunite her with her real family. The pair earn their first delivery stamp and a proud, tearful goodbye.

Rod's Beary Brave Save

When a hungry baby bear cub eats all of Rhonda's honey cakes and falls asleep at her Lemon Shack, Team Top Wing sets out to return her to Big Bear Cave before her parents wake. Cadet Rod, who dreads spooky places, volunteers and follows the cub into the cave next door, where she has climbed onto an old mine railway. Rod pushes through his fear, boards the runaway cart and brakes it, then outruns a cave-in and a boulder with a mid-air catch from Swift. The cub is carried safely home to sleep, and the cadets relax with honey cakes at sunset.

Goose Sitters

Goldie and her friend Bear offer to look after Jack's goose, Goosey, who lays golden eggs, while Jack heads into town. Goosey escapes her cage and the pair chase her through the barn, forest and farm, trying a pie trap and a harness before Mother Goose advises them to offer her something she loves. In the end Goosey lays her biggest egg ever precisely because she was free and happy, and Jack decides to let her roam rather than keep her caged. He rewards Goldie and Bear with two golden eggs.

Cake Escape

On Major Prickles' birthday, the Big Tree City Rescue team gives him a cushion, a sleeping mask and a giant cake, joking that he is old and slow. Stung by the teasing and unable to finish the Fun Zone obstacle course, Prickles announces over the radio that he is retiring from the team. While he sits alone with a cup of tea, the giant cake breaks loose and rolls toward the Fun Zone, and the leaderless team argues its way through the city without stopping it. Prickles realises his years of experience are exactly what is needed, radios back in, and directs a bounce-and-catch rescue that halts the cake before the birthday party finally goes ahead.
