Downward Dog

Michael spends the weekend pet-sitting the neighbour's dog, Yuko, with big plans to become her best friend. When Yuko prefers playing with his younger brother Carl, Michael feels left out, until the panda neighbour Stillwater shares a story about Dario, a mouse who learns the joy of giving. Michael realises that keeping Yuko safe and happy, and sharing the fun with Carl, is what good pet-sitting is about. The episode closes with the whole group heading out for a walk together.

Nancy's Devine Sleepover

Nancy takes her little sister JoJo for a sleepover at the fancy Mrs. Devine's house and packs a survival kit to help JoJo feel brave. Once the lights go out, it is Nancy herself who cannot sleep because she misses her parents. With Mrs. Devine's kindness and a phone call home, Nancy learns that feeling homesick in a new place is normal. She decides to stay and the sleepover ends happily.

Pterodactyl-Doodle-Doo

On a ranch where dinosaurs serve as the farm animals, siblings Jon, Min and Miguel are woken each morning by their pterodactyl friend Teddy. After an accident with a hay machine wrecks Teddy's roost, Miguel builds him a fancy new one high on the barn, but Teddy calls out all night and no one can sleep. The children try a new pillow and extra features, then camp out to watch him, and discover that Teddy simply missed sleeping near his friends. They move him back to the clubhouse and the whole ranch finally rests.

Animals That Eat Poop

From a bright studio set, Jessi explains what beetles are, describes the dung beetle's horns, wings, and strong legs, and works through the mystery of the ball Squeaks saw one pushing. Using real footage and simple diagrams, she shows how nutrients pass from grass through cows into poop, which beetles then reuse for food and to feed their young. The episode ends with Squeaks eager to learn about more unusual animals.

Min's Quest

Min and her family of Dino Ranchers find a baby dinosaur whose mother is sick after eating the wrong plant. Min works out that the cure is moon lilies, and the children ride off to find them, facing a tar pit, a thieving compy, and nightfall along the way. After several failed tries, Min realises the flowers glow in moonlight and the kids gather enough to heal the mother dinosaur. Ma tells them she is proud that they never gave up.

Li'l Cutie

Goldie, a giant girl in a colourful town, longs for a pet and adopts a ladybug she names Lil' Cutie. Determined to keep her safe, she builds a tiny bed and seals her in a jar, until the ladybug escapes and the friends search the whole town to find her. Goldie realises that keeping Lil' Cutie shut away made her unhappy and apologises. The episode ends with Goldie setting the ladybug free to join her own family living nearby.

Egg Sounds

Red is minding three eggs in a nest in a rocky, green clearing when he notices that the shells display a picture of whatever sound reaches them, starting with the blue birds' horn playing nearby. Chuck and Matilda join in and try one noise after another, producing a pig face, baby pictures and spinning patterns on the shells, until a megaphone blast leaves all three eggs crying. The birds then get the blue birds playing their horn again and duck out of sight behind the bushes. The episode closes on the three plain eggs sitting quietly in the nest.

Off Duty

Red spends day and night guarding a nest of three eggs through rain, snow and darkness until Matilda arrives and takes over so he can leave for the beach. On holiday he cannot switch off: coconuts, rocks and the sun all look like eggs to him through his camera. Back at the nest the other birds play around while a crowd of pigs creeps in, and Red races home in a panic to find the nest empty before the eggs turn up safe. The episode ends with Red back on the sand, this time with the three eggs in deck chairs beside him.

Love Me, Love My Mouse

Tom tries to win over a white female cat and presents Jerry the mouse to her as a gift. She adopts Jerry as a pampered baby, rocking and feeding him, which makes Tom jealous. He spends the rest of the cartoon scheming to get rid of the mouse, leading to chases and slapstick gags through the house. His plans keep backfiring, and the cat and mouse come out ahead by the closing 'the end' card.

The Brothers Carry-Mouse-Off

A cat and a mouse spend the episode trying to outdo each other around a suburban house, its backyard and a swimming pool. The cat sets traps and grabs tools like a bow and a mallet, and the mouse turns each scheme back on him. Along the way a mother mouse and a crowd of baby mice appear before the chase winds back outdoors. The episode ends without a real truce, closing on the classic 'The End' card.
