Not Feeling the Fireworks

Star hands out party hats at her pink hotel and announces that this New Year's Eve there will be fireworks on the rooftop terrace. Her pups back out once they hear about the loud bangs, so Star first tries getting them to face their fear by playing loud sounds in the park, which only upsets them. She then offers her own headphones, the pups test them by asking her to play something loud, and it works. Extra headphones are arranged for the other dogs, and the whole group watches the fireworks together and wishes each other a happy New Year.

Hop, Look, and Listen

Noah puts on a magic show and wants to pull a rabbit from his top hat, so he asks his friend Coco how to say rabbit in Spanish. Coco offers several wrong words, and a grasshopper, a frog and then a kangaroo appear instead. Noah chases the bouncing kangaroo through the neighborhood and, with a pogo stick from Senora Martinez, finally catches it. Coco then gives him the right word, 'conejo', and Noah thanks her.

Starkle Wish Day

Star wakes her pups for Starkle Wish Day and takes them to the hotel rooftop to make a wish each. Diamond asks for a blingier tiara while Muggsy, Baby and Slivington all wish they could fly, and Bijou keeps her wish a secret. Star slips away and builds the tiara herself, then turns folded towels into clouds and suitcases plus a hair dryer into a pretend flight so the flying wishes can come true too. At the end Bijou reveals she only wished to see her friends happy, and Star says her own wish was that everyone else's would come true, before the episode closes with the theme song and credits.

Down the Drain

Noah falls down a street drain into a fantastical green underground world, where he meets Coco, a chihuahua who keeps shouting 'mi pelota' (my ball) in Spanish. Noah struggles to understand, at one point mistaking a crocodile for the ball, before realizing the crocodile is 'enfermo' (sick) and 'necesita un doctor' (needs a doctor). He helps get a doctor and the lost ball is found. The episode ends with Coco thanking the helper, saying 'gracias'.

A Whale Tale

Noah, a young boy, is sent by his abuela to help their neighbor señor Rodríguez, who is tired and needs his shop swept. As Noah pieces together the Spanish words for the task, he imagines a giant whale rising from the sea during a boat adventure. Back in the shop, Noah and señor Rodríguez sweep together and the older man thanks him. The episode closes with a short song about sweeping, 'Barrer, barrer, me gusta barrer'.

Out on a Limb

Noah, a young boy, spends the episode stuck out on a tree limb in his leafy backyard, handling one small situation after another. Helpful characters pass him a banana and an apple, and each object is named first in Spanish and then English, from 'manzana' (apple) to 'pajaro' (bird). A sudden rainstorm interrupts him before the weather clears. The episode ends with Noah spotting a blue bird in its nest and a closing card that names Spanish as what the series teaches.
