Star first moves the yoga mat indoors and then offers freshly baked biscuits, but neither lifts his mood. Slivington points out that Baby keeps shivering, so Star sews him a full winter outfit with earmuffs, boots and a padded coat. Warm at last, Baby heads out, sees the snow-covered rooftop and decides winter is not so bad, and the episode closes with all three doing the happy penguin pose in the snow.

Dr. Annabelle, the brainy bunny he refused to sculpt, notices her friends are missing and sets out to rescue them. When her super suit is turned to chocolate, she outsmarts Doc Choc by offering him a giant basket with a hole cut in the bottom, so the eggs spill out for the waiting children. Doc Choc is carried off to 'Happy Camp,' Annabelle reverses the ray to free her friends, and the League celebrates back at headquarters.

In the second story, Myron treats a head of cabbage as a baby brother for a class project, which makes the only-child Todd jealous enough to fake a sibling of his own. Both stories close with the friends reassuring each other that they belong together.

When the attack begins and the team cannot reach the cloud, Annabelle realizes that hair grows back, and Steve rushes in to save the city. The villain is defeated and carried off, the parade goes ahead, and Steve's new haircut even becomes a trend.

In the second, the principal Mr. Kidswater mistakes the children's surprise birthday party for a plot against him and recruits Todd to spy on them. Both stories end with Todd feeling that he belongs and is part of the group.
