Shaun the Sheep and his flock are out of shape, so Bitzer the sheepdog appoints himself coach and draws up a fitness plan on a chalkboard. The sheep work through running drills, weight lifting and other exercises on the farm, with plenty of comedic mishaps along the way. The episode plays out as a series of physical gags built on the training routine, ending with the credits over the farmyard.

Hefty Smurf is convinced by Jokey and Brainy that his nose is too big and that this is why Smurfette does not notice him. He and Brainy steal a spellbook from Gargamel and apply a magic cream that overnight transforms Hefty into a giant living nose. The other Smurfs use a pepper trap to make him sneeze and capture him in a cage so he stays safe until the spell wears off. The closing scene shows Hefty back in his bed, still partly transformed, with Papa Smurf noting it could take a few more days.

The video contains two back-to-back stories from a series about a young truck named Chuck and his friends at a truck stop. In the first, Chuck insists on delivering heavy steel beams to semi Steve by himself, fails repeatedly, then succeeds by accepting his friends' help to build a wheeled platform. In the second, an old rusty truck named Elmer regrets his lazy youth, so Chuck overcommits to exercise until his mum teaches him that bodies need a balance of rest and activity. Both stories end with the family at the truck stop and a stated lesson from a parent figure.
