Shaun the Sheep and his flock are out of shape, so Bitzer the sheepdog appoints himself coach and draws up a fitness plan on a chalkboard. The sheep work through running drills, weight lifting and other exercises on the farm, with plenty of comedic mishaps along the way. The episode plays out as a series of physical gags built on the training routine, ending with the credits over the farmyard.

The A-mazing Maze

Bob shows his team a tablet-controlled drone, then hands Leo the lead on building a maze in the castle grounds while he and Wendy work on hall repairs. The machines persuade Leo to add extra panels and mirror walls, the new maze becomes too complex, and Scoop, Muck and Lifty get lost inside. Leo uses the drone camera to map the maze from above and verbally guides each machine to the exit. The team then dismantles the maze, rebuilds it to Bob's original blueprint, and opens it to the public, with Bob coaching Leo that leadership sometimes means saying no to the team.
