Balanced
recommended age Unlock co-watching from 2

Daniel Tiger is nervous about an upcoming checkup with Dr. Anna, so his mom teaches him a song-based strategy: when something is new, talk about what will happen. Together they draw a book showing each step of the visit. After a trolley ride to the office, Daniel waits, then meets Dr. Anna, who checks his heart, ears, eyes, throat, weight, and height. Daniel passes his book to O the Owl, who is also there for a checkup, and rides home with a heart sticker.

She reaches Mum, who praises her for coming all that way by herself. The episode closes with Bluey reflecting that she loves walking by herself.

Encouraged, Carl decides to keep trying and lowers his sights to getting just a little way up. The girls have fun ordering the robot around the house, but the commands start going further than they meant, with favourite toys being thrown out and dad's feelings getting hurt. Mum Chilli steps in to remind the girls that they are responsible for their own mess. The family ends together with a hug after the girls take over the tidying themselves.

When Dad bounces Bingo too hard, she goes off upset, and her Mum helps her find her 'big girl bark' to tell him. Bingo speaks up, Dad apologises, and together they practise exactly how rough is okay. The episode closes with a comic beat as the children burst in on Dad using the toilet.

After asking several neighbors what it is, she realizes it is the grill's missing regulator dial, which had fallen from her bag and been used as a scarecrow's face out at the dump. She retrieves it, the grill works, and the community cookout goes ahead.

The children help free the tusk through trial and error, measure it, photograph it, and give it the Gwich'in name 'Trilzok', meaning gentle. The episode ends with a separate live-action segment where children visit a museum to learn whether dinosaurs once lived in Alaska.

Doug, a robot boy, and his human friend Emma set out to cheer up Doug's grandmother Nana after she has to cancel her visit. Treating it like a secret-agent mission, they make a handmade card in four steps: turning old newspaper into fresh paper, writing a loving message, decorating it with a daisy and a painted starry sky, and travelling to the farm to deliver it. A goat grabs and chews the card along the way, but they bring it anyway. Nana is touched by the effort and tells them she feels loved and cared for.
