Pinkalicious brings Goldie, her imaginary pet unicorn, to school for the day. Across math, reading, snack, art and recess, Goldie keeps breaking school rules, eating an apple early, dancing during reading, calling out answers and roller-skating in the hallway. Her teacher Ms. Penny and Vice Principal Crunk warn that Goldie may have to go home. Pinkalicious realizes that pretending they are in 'princess school,' the game they play at home, helps Goldie follow the rules, and both earn gold stars for good behavior.

The Pajanimals, a group of animal friends, come home from a costume party with goodie bags full of candy. Cowbella eats all of hers at once and becomes too jittery to sleep, so her friends sing with her and then take her to the Land of Hush to visit Bedtime Bunny. Bedtime Bunny leads a slow breathing exercise and explains that candy is a once in a while treat. Cowbella calms down, says sorry, and falls asleep as a lullaby plays.

At Goliath's harbour workshop, a series of boats arrive with problems: Swifty has a puncture that needs glue and patience, the harbour loses power after too many lights cause an overload, and Trawler needs a worn part replaced. Elias, a small rescue boat, longs to help and is reminded he cannot go on a rescue alone. After a storm, the boats pitch in to clean up the mess, and a mysterious squeaking turns out to be mice that arrived in a cheese crate. Elias frightens the mice away and is cheered as a hero.

A young boy named Malachi asks the StoryBots how people catch a cold, and team 341B is dispatched to find the answer. The bots board a tiny vessel and travel into the body to tour the immune system, meeting helper T-cells, B-cells and a macrophage while a Virus King tries to take over. Through songs, gags and a 'Fun Fact Machine', the team explains how viruses spread and how the body fights back. The episode closes with the takeaway that washing your hands helps you stay healthier.

Sergeant Cooper the Police Car

Sergeant Cooper, a police car, and his fellow officers set out after three criminal cars, Zack, Biff and the mastermind Ace, who break out of jail and rob a bank. The police chief splits his teams to chase each one across the city, long highways and a shipping port. After a string of crashes, explosions and pursuits, all three are recaptured and returned behind bars. Cooper is congratulated by the team and signs off by calling himself a Real City Hero.
