Irving explains he was simply hungry, eats several baskets of biscuits, and the episode ends with a posed family photo at the Octopod.

Rod pushes through his fear, boards the runaway cart and brakes it, then outruns a cave-in and a boulder with a mid-air catch from Swift. The cub is carried safely home to sleep, and the cadets relax with honey cakes at sunset.
