Kelsey, Craig, and JP set out to find the missing final book of the Dragonmancer series after it goes overdue at the library. Craig eventually deduces that Stacks, who writes book reports for other kids, hid the book. Stacks admits she was afraid of losing the only friend who talks with her about stories, and Kelsey forgives her and suggests they read a new series together.
