Paper Rocketship

Siblings Phoebe and Jay are set to watch a real rocket launch from their apartment building, but rain cancels it. Their neighbour Mr. Gurley shows them his record paper airplane that flew twenty feet, and teaches them to measure distance in feet. The children fold and launch their own paper rockets again and again, measuring each flight and adjusting the design. After several short attempts they finally fly one thirty-two feet, setting a new building record and earning a spot in the showcase.

In this first episode of Trash Truck, a young boy named Hank decides to help his best friend, a giant green garbage truck, fulfil his dream of flying. With his animal friends Walter the bear, Donny and others, Hank tries homemade wings, paper-folding tips from grandpa at the airport and lessons about lift from his teacher Miss Mona. After several failed attempts and a moment of sadness, the truck finally rises into the evening sky, and Hank returns home to his parents at sunset.

How Do Airplanes Stay Up in the Sky?

Jessy, a girl in an orange jacket, and Nessy, a purple creature, pack for a trip to granny's house and set out to answer how aeroplanes stay up in the sky. They fly kites with friends, ride a Ferris wheel to look for planes and meet Squiggles, who folds paper aeroplanes. Along the way Jessy gives away her extra things so her suitcase will close. The episode ends with a playful answer that planes 'have legs' and the two boarding a plane to granny's.

Meekah & Blippi Race Cars at Discovery Cube

Jet, a delivery plane, brings a package to a boy named Yuki in Japan and meets his friends, who make superhero costumes out of folded paper and call themselves the Paper Rangers. Their friend Namiko is moving away that day, so the group decides to make her a gift and reach her before she is gone. When they cannot find her, Jet calls fellow Super Wing Donnie, who folds a giant paper flyer to carry everyone to her new house. After a windy, patched-up flight, the children reunite with Namiko, give her their handmade robot, and say goodbye.

The Superhero Homework Rescue

A young girl named Ellie struggles at home and school, first getting caught skipping her homework and then bringing home three failing grades. With encouragement from her aunt and from children dressed as blue and red superheroes, she learns to be honest, brave, and confident, and she practices folding paper airplanes and filling in a spelling worksheet. After repeated tries she completes her homework and a teacher rewards her with two A pluses. The episode ends with the characters celebrating and thanking the superheroes.
