Noisy Naptime

Esme, a young girl, and her monster best friend Roy work as monstersitters. In this episode they look after a small monster that cannot settle for naptime, and they try a series of quiet activities, including a puppet show, to help it rest. After several attempts the little monster finally falls asleep, and the characters celebrate together. The story takes place mostly inside a home in their monster neighbourhood.

Along the way Buster trades jokes for food, Mr. Ratburn revives his old puppets to earn meals, and Francine resists spending a birthday gift. The class returns to school having found they are valuable even without money, and several decide to start saving.

Puppeteer Pandy

Zeta, a scheming sorceress, and her dragon Nazboo lose their lair to a batch of stinky bugs and end up joining a sleepover hosted by Leah and her genies Shimmer and Shine. While the friends make glittery popcorn balls, dance, play games and put on a puppet show, Zeta keeps trying to get everyone to fall asleep so she can steal their genie gems. Each attempt backfires, and when she accidentally releases the stinky bugs again the group wishes itself to Zeta's home to sleep, leaving her gem-filled bag behind. The night ends with everyone finally asleep and Zeta empty-handed.

David and Shane, two brothers who live in a brightly coloured house, discover that their bedrooms have disappeared and set out to find somewhere to sleep. They try one silly option after another, including a dog's room, sleeping standing up like horses, hanging upside down like bats and oddly shaped beds, while asking the viewer to press buttons on an imaginary remote. A neighbour, Mrs. Bell, finally explains camping and shows them how to use a sleeping bag. The episode ends with the brothers and their puppet friends climbing into sleeping bags to sleep.
