In this episode, George decides he wants his own home in a tree and sets out to build a treehouse near the country house. He sketches a plan, tests materials, and gathers wood and nails from neighbours, working through problems with the floor, walls and roof largely on his own. When the Man with the Yellow Hat and the neighbours realise George borrowed a wall and nails without asking, George has to take the house apart and give everything back. He then rebuilds it properly and finally gets to make his own house rules.

While they are away the tide comes in and washes the shell into a rock pool, and Una wades out to recover it. Bernie forgives the puffins, settles back into his best shell, and the day ends with everyone reunited.

When they realise they have ruined the harvest, they admit their mistake, and Whiff gives them his own strawberries and seeds to replant. The episode ends with the engines helping the farmer and planting seeds for next year's jam.

Kiya hides the loss from her friends until the trouble grows too big, then admits what happened and is forgiven. The three heroes work together to recover the blower, secure the Unity Globe and return it to the park, where the celebration goes ahead.

When that building starts to sway with a character stuck on top, the pups rescue him with a slide and then pour the foundation she skipped. The shop is made safe, a truck of big kid bikes arrives, and Lily rides her new bike as Bike Day begins.

Kiya chases Acrobrat so single-mindedly that her friends and family end up stranded in a tipping cable car, and she has to stop mid-pursuit to help them. The sign is returned to Rajabu's shop, Kiya apologises, and the group finishes with a dance together.

They settle on the Ice Palace, but the genie Zeta steals Layla's magical ice gem necklace to freeze all of Zahramay Falls and prove she is the most powerful genie. After a chase full of ice attacks, the necklace is recovered just as the cold turns on Zeta herself. Layla uses it to thaw Zeta, keeps her necklace, and moves into the Ice Palace with her new friends.
