Doe accidentally knocks over Ray's guitar while dancing, so the three friends set off for the Falsetto Forest, the place where new guitars grow. On the way in they pass trumpeting flowers, drumming flowers and jingling vines, and Doe, who is nervous about the dark forest, writes each new sound down as the group's expert. After Doe finds the guitar bush and Ray picks a new guitar, they realise nobody remembers the route home. Doe works out that they can retrace the sounds in reverse order, and the friends listen their way back out of the forest.

Mossy Impossible

On a bright afternoon at Puffin Rock, the young puffin Una gets tangled in sea debris at the shore, near the cliff where unfriendly seagulls live. Her friend Mossy the pygmy shrew and the stoat Bernie work to free her, with Mossy climbing a cliff, swimming a lagoon and even riding on a puffin's back to fetch Una's parents. The puffins cut through the debris with their bills, and Una is freed just as the seagulls come back. The episode ends with Una safe and Mossy earning a rest after his effort.

Dark and Stormy Knight

Esme and Roy are monster-sitters who look after young monsters. In this episode they help a worried young monster through a dark and stormy 'knight' adventure, using make-believe castle and knight play to turn a scary pretend storm into a brave challenge. With patient encouragement, the monster moves from worry toward confidence and the group plays on together. The story takes place in a soft, colorful monster world and ends with the fear settled.

Rain Rain You Can Stay

Mi has planned a picnic with his friends Do and Re, but rain arrives over Bebopsburg and thunder frightens him. The friends move the picnic indoors to Do's birdhouse, only to find rain leaking through holes in the roof. They fly out into the storm together, singing to keep their courage up, and cover the roof leaf by leaf. Once the birdhouse is dry, they sit down inside and finally have their picnic.

Up, Up and Away

George visits Rankin's farm for blueberries and helps inflate Mrs. Rankin's hot-air balloon, then climbs aboard with the neighbor boy Bill. When the tether comes loose, the two float off across farmland, a lake and toward the sea while the Man with the Yellow Hat and Mr. Quint give chase by boat. George experiments with the burner, the sandbags and finally the vent, working out how to make the balloon descend. They land safely, and George even takes the bird photographs Bill had forgotten.

Hide and Seek

A boy named Hank and his friend Trash Truck, a giant green garbage truck, play hide and seek in the sunny fields with a bear and a raccoon. They get an itchy rash after hiding in a bush, and their caretaker Miss Mona uses a book to work out it is poison oak. Despite Hank's dread of the doctor, they visit Dr. Go, who examines them and gives them lotion. Everyone leaves feeling better, with a bath and a car wash prescribed to finish the cure.

Something Up There

Lucas the spider and his friends, a chihuahua, a green chameleon and a fly, hear strange chirping coming from the chimney of their home. After some worried debate, Lucas is sent up into the dark with a headlamp to find the source. He discovers a bird whose foot is stuck and frees her, then brings her back down into the house. Once inside, the bird flaps about affectionately and causes a bit of comic chaos before being guided back outside.

Don't Go There

Elias is a small rescue boat who sets out one rough morning and learns that crates of urgent hospital medicine have washed overboard near Scary Straits. He teams up with two other boats, Eleanor and Dippy, and together they use winches and a fishing net to recover the crates from the dangerous water by the rocks. After a tense rescue the boats return safely to Cozy Cove, where the older boats are relieved rather than cross. The medicine reaches the hospital and the little rescue team is congratulated.

Acroboo!

Kiya, Jay and Motsie are helping prepare a flower moon party in the nature reserve when strange noises and a glowing ghost start frightening everyone in Kimoja City. Kiya is scared but hides it after being teased, until she admits it to her friends, who tell her they get scared too and stay with her. Following the missing lanterns into the dark, the heroes find footprints and work out that the ghost is really Acrobrat playing a prank. The lanterns are returned, Jay apologises for the teasing, and the episode ends with everyone joining the flower moon dance.

Sliding

Lucas the Spider and his friends discover they can slide down sinks after a baseball game sends an avocado tumbling. His bumblebee friend Finley is too scared of the dark drain to join, so Lucas shows him it is safe and goes first. Believing Lucas is lost, Finley follows him in and the two race through the house's pipes together. They shoot out of a garden hose into the yard, where Finley declares it the greatest ride ever and wants to go again.

The Hoverboat (Part 2)

In Car City, a host invites Little Amber and Little Francis to show off their stunts on a large dirt ramp beside a river. Amber lands her jump, but Francis gets stuck hanging from the ramp above the water. Amber suggests calling Carl the Super Truck, who turns into a hoverboat in his cave and travels to the river to wait underneath. When the ramp begins to give way, Francis lets go and lands safely on Carl, and the episode ends with the group praising him.

The Hoverboat (Part 3)

In Car City, a stunt event is held where little Amber and little Francis take turns launching off a ramp. Amber's run goes well, but Francis gets stuck at the top of the ramp above a river and cannot get down. Amber suggests calling Super Truck, who drives to the cave and changes into a hoverboat so it can float on the water below. Super Truck positions itself under Francis, he jumps as the ramp gives way, and he is caught unhurt and told he was brave.
