Princess Elena of Avalor expects to be crowned queen but learns she is too young and must rule as crown princess with a council of advisors. Determined to prove herself, she tours the harbor, then chases magical creatures called Noblins who have stolen ships and taken her sister Isabel. Elena rescues Isabel and discovers the Noblins were only trying to reach home, so she lends them ships instead of fighting. At the ball she admits she still has much to learn and names her grandparents, Naomi and Esteban to her Grand Council.

Keep Calm and Yoga On

Jessica spots yoga on her laptop at the neighbourhood café and takes the idea to the park. Brown, Cony, Sally, Moon, Boss and James gather on the lawn, roll out mats and work through stretches and balancing poses, with a music speaker and a pose demonstration to guide them. Most attempts collapse into tumbles across the grass, and Brown and Cony end up floating in the pond. The session winds down and the episode closes back inside the café, where Leonard keeps moving on his own.

Smurf-Fu

Smurfette rescues Brainy from being swallowed by a snake using martial arts she taught herself from a book called 'Ten Lessons of Smurfo'. Impressed, the other Smurfs ask her to teach them, but they quickly tire of the strict training and quit, then plan a prank to scare her. When a real ogre captures the Smurfs and prepares to eat them, Smurfette and the trained Smurfs fight back together. The episode closes with the group affirming that they 'make one heck of a team' and reciting 'one for Smurfs, Smurfs for all'.

Lord of the Firesides

When Miss Fireside cannot attend, Isabella runs the Fireside Girls meeting to pick a cupcake flavor for their annual jamboree, but a simple tie between vanilla and red velvet spirals into arguing and a fiery brawl. Unknown to the girls, the chaos is caused by a beam from Doofenshmirtz, who is across town renewing his evil business license while Perry the Platypus keeps watch. Once the device is accidentally switched off, the girls snap back to normal, unsure what happened. They settle on red velvet with vanilla frosting and cheer that things work out when everyone cooperates.

Full Metal Chuck

Chuck turns a stretch of grassland into a military style training course and drills the three Blues through swinging tires, log walls and a giant slingshot. The Blues drag their feet, flop down in the grass and largely ignore him, so Chuck keeps demonstrating each obstacle himself, including a row of tires he sets on fire. When he straps into the slingshot one more time, the Blues attach a hook and chain to him. Chuck is launched, snagged and ends up dangling from a chain above the canyon while the Blues settle comfortably into the slingshot pouch.
