When Ace is revealed to have faked all her rescues, Pinecone realizes a true hero simply helps others with what they need. The friends quietly take care of Gladys's chores, and the soup finally works.

The Final Book

Craig eventually deduces that Stacks, who writes book reports for other kids, hid the book. Stacks admits she was afraid of losing the only friend who talks with her about stories, and Kelsey forgives her and suggests they read a new series together.

It's a Pony Thing

In a warm fantasy village, the wizardly mentor Grey Moon leaves Pony in charge of a rare cocoon that will hatch into a glowing lunar butterfly named Winnie. Pinecone, sure that her best friend would rather adventure with her, keeps inventing ways to skip the job, and her makeshift alarm fails so they miss the hatching. When Pony turns out to have quietly cared about Winnie all along, Pinecone apologises and the two track the butterfly to a dark cave and return her home. The episode ends with the friends agreeing to spend part of the afternoon doing their own separate things.

Lance or Not

Pinecone accidentally breaks the lance she built with her mom, Queen Kimya, just before the craft fair. With her companion Pony, she sets off on a quest through the town, visiting a lance shop and a wizard to secretly replace it before her mother notices. At the fair Pinecone tells the truth, and her mom responds with a hug and the promise that they can make new lances together.

With friends Kelsey and JP, he builds garbage-bag suits and heads in, losing their supplies and getting chased by a mysterious figure. At the center they find a trampoline guarded by a boy immune to poison ivy who only wanted a place of his own. Craig decides to keep the spot a secret for him, and the group bounces home in time for dinner.

Pinecone and her family settle in for a game night, but the board game Ultimate Ruler turns Mom into a fierce, taxing competitor the family jokingly calls a game monster. Pinecone and her dad launch a series of numbered plans, a fake ghost, invented rules and a staged illness, to make Mom lose interest, and none of them work. Pinecone finally joins the competition herself and then tells her mom plainly that a game is only good when it is fun for everyone. Mom apologizes, the family decides to get rid of the game, and they choose a different one to play together.

A short closing story-time segment follows, in which Bradman and Furby find a secret garden to help a butterfly regain her colors.

The Future Is Cardboard

Craig meets Carter Brown, a boy obsessed with cardboard who recruits him to help build and mobilise an elaborate cardboard city. Absorbed in the project, Craig pushes away his friends Kelsey and JP, and they wander off and discover another cardboard town Carter once abandoned. When Carter uses a giant cardboard robot to crush the rival city, Craig realises building means nothing without his friends. The three reunite, stop the robot, and Carter storms off vowing to return.

Starkle Wish Day

Star wakes her pups for Starkle Wish Day and takes them to the hotel rooftop to make a wish each. Diamond asks for a blingier tiara while Muggsy, Baby and Slivington all wish they could fly, and Bijou keeps her wish a secret. Star slips away and builds the tiara herself, then turns folded towels into clouds and suitcases plus a hair dryer into a pretend flight so the flying wishes can come true too. At the end Bijou reveals she only wished to see her friends happy, and Star says her own wish was that everyone else's would come true, before the episode closes with the theme song and credits.

Unsure what the word means, Noah imagines an adventure where he flies by helicopter and parachutes into a jungle full of monkeys. There he discovers that a 'guineo' is a banana, gathers some, and along the way picks up words like 'mono' (monkey) and 'gracias' (thank you). The episode closes on a comedic monkey wearing a banana peel.
