On the island of Puffin Rock, young puffin Oona and her friend Adam invite the owl Otto to the waterfall to watch salmon leap upstream at sunrise. First the little owlets Pip and Pop, and Oona's baby brother Baba, must be settled to sleep, so the friends try soft bedding, a game and counting sheep without success. They finally realise the owlets stayed awake because no one said goodnight, and once tucked in the babies drift off. The friends rush to the waterfall and just catch the salmon leaping before the sun climbs too high.

In the Night Garden

Makka Pakka Washes Faces

Calming

A long bedtime story set in the Night Garden, a dreamlike outdoor world of puppet creatures. Makka Pakka travels from friend to friend (Igglepiggle, Upsy Daisy, the Tombliboos and the ten tiny Pontipines), washing each one's face with his sponge, soap and water. Between visits, the camera follows characters strolling slowly through grass and flowers while a soft narrator describes what is happening. The episode ends with everyone, including a briefly forgotten Igglepiggle, being tucked into bed as the narrator wishes them all goodnight.

Donkey Hodie

Donkey Hodie is babysitting a baby yodel bird in the puppet world of Someplace Else. When it is time for the baby's nap, he refuses to settle, so Donkey Hodie and her friends Purple Panda and Duck Duck each try the tricks that helped them sleep as little ones: quiet peekaboo, a slow nap dance and a nap book. Nothing works until they decide to think about what the baby himself needs, soothing him with rocking, a gentle breeze and a yodel lullaby. The baby finally falls asleep, and the tired friends admit they feel like napping too.

Get Rolling with Otis

The Sheep Who Couldn't Sleep

On a farm at night, Otis the tractor says goodnight to all the animals, then notices that Louie the sheep still cannot sleep. Otis tries counting sheep, which accidentally wakes the whole farm, then a lullaby, and finally works out that the bright full moon is the problem. He blocks the moonlight and adjusts it so it is not too dark, and Louie drifts off at last. Otis then heads to bed himself as the farm rests.

Pocoyo

The Big Sneeze

Pocoyo, Pato the duck and Ellie the elephant take turns building a tower out of coloured blocks in a plain, open space. Each time it grows tall, Ellie sneezes and knocks it over, which frustrates Pato until the narrator explains she has a cold and cannot help it. Pocoyo helps settle Ellie into bed to rest so the others can keep playing. At the end Pato appears to have caught the cold too, and the narrator says goodbye.

Llama Llama

Spring Fever

On the first day of spring, Llama Llama promises to help both Nelly with her play date and Luna with her picnic on the same day. He runs back and forth across the neighbourhood carrying sacks, kickballs, balloons and tablecloths until he is worn out. Mama and his friends point out that he took on too much at once. Llama Llama then has the idea to combine both events into one shared picnic play date, and everyone celebrates spring together.

Me & Winnie the Pooh

Help Piglet Go Back to Sleep

Piglet wakes in the night after a loud noise and, feeling scared, asks the viewer to stay for company. Alone in a cosy treehouse bedroom, Piglet worries about a lost pair of comfort toys, then calms down by picturing tomorrow's fun with Winnie the Pooh and other friends. As the fear fades, Piglet grows sleepy again and asks to be tucked in. The episode closes with a quiet goodnight before an autoplay card for the next episode.

Puffin Rock

Find the Owls

On Puffin Rock, the puffling Oona and her playful little brother Baba set out with Mossy the shrew for a food hunt, then meet Otto, a young owl searching for his hidden brother and sister so he can finally sleep. The friends team up, each using a different animal skill, and follow a trail of owl pellets through the meadows and burrows. After several false alarms, mostly caused by Baba stopping to play, they find Pip and Pop fast asleep in the long grass. Otto can rest and Mossy can go and eat, while Baba is ready to keep playing.

Doc McStuffins

Tea Party Tantrum

Susie Sunshine, usually cheerful, turns cranky and refuses to play tea party with Doc and her toys. Doc gives her a checkup and works out that her eyes are stuck open, so she cannot sleep, caused by sticky pineapple residue. After Doc wipes her eyes clean, Susie takes a nap and wakes up happy, ending with the whole group enjoying a fresh tea party.

The Meltdown/Carl's Cast

In two linked stories, a young raccoon named Carl moves through a hard day and a healing one. In 'The Meltdown,' Carl is thrilled about the Fuzzy Town Ice Cream Festival, but a draining day leaves him overwhelmed, and with his mother's help he names his feelings and chooses to stay home and rest, then shares ice cream with his friend Sheldon. In 'Carl's Cast,' Carl is frustrated by a broken wrist until Sheldon offers to be his other hand, and after their plans go sideways they patch up their friendship and Carl finds his own ways to manage one-handed. Both stories end with the friends together and Carl feeling more like himself.

Lullaby Sleepy Head

Calming

Performers from Bounce Patrol sing a gentle bedtime lullaby that walks through getting ready for sleep. Set against an illustrated bedroom and dreamy skies of moon, stars and clouds, the song names familiar steps like brushing teeth, saying goodnight and tucking in a teddy bear. The performers and a young child are shown yawning, settling down and resting. It closes with a repeated 'Sleep, sleep, dreamy sleep' refrain and a 'Goodnight' message on screen.
