Three young heroes, brave Johnny, caring Dolly and tiny Baby Zay, defend a 3D-animated city when the rabbit villain Flare sends a freezing robot called Frostbite to ice everything over. The Thieves and the Dino Chase

Three animal thieves escape into a dinosaur park and steal fruit from baby dinosaurs, waking a giant T-rex that chases them into the city. As the dinosaur wrecks streets, a squad of young police officers mobilises with cars, helicopters and a baited cage trap. A repeated 'Dino Race' song runs under the pursuit. The dinosaur is finally caged and the thieves are sent off to prison.
