Michael realises that keeping Yuko safe and happy, and sharing the fun with Carl, is what good pet-sitting is about. The episode closes with the whole group heading out for a walk together.

Lyla runs a pretend snack restaurant and invents a stacked cracker snack for her brother Luke, layering cheese, jelly, and strawberry. When a big order comes in, she teaches Luke and her companion Stu to make it step by step, and after the jelly runs out Luke swaps in honey barbecue sauce. Customers end up preferring Luke's version, which upsets Lyla until she tastes it herself. She apologizes and the two agree to become snack-invention partners.

Gatita Day

Rosie, a young girl, spends the episode focused on a white cat named Gatita. Set mostly in and around her family home, she makes a plan to care for the cat and works through the problems that come up, such as a mess the cat leaves in a home office, with help from her father, grandmother and a family friend. Spanish words appear naturally alongside English throughout. The story wraps up with the situation resolved before the closing credits.

Super Slugs

Host Jessi and her robot rat Squeaks explore how a sea slug called the emerald Elysia can make its own food from sunlight. From a bright studio set, Jessi explains that plants and algae use chloroplasts to turn light into food, and that the slug keeps those tiny machines running after eating algae. Real footage of slugs, algae and ponds is mixed with simple animated diagrams. The episode closes with Jessi and Squeaks heading to the garden to pick tomatoes for a salad.

Helping Scratch Beat His Fear of Thunder

When a thunderstorm frightens her dog Scratch, a girl named Dot sets out to cure his fear with help from her friend Hal. They try hypnosis, mixing thunder with sounds Scratch loves, and a high-energy music video they call the Thunder Jam Spectacular, but none of it works. Dot's mother points out that the dog finally calms down in Dot's arms. The episode ends with Dot realizing she cannot fix the fear, but a hug and steady comfort help Scratch feel safe.

Nancy's Sacré Bleu Fondue

Nancy plans her fanciest fondue dinner party and panics when her cousin Johnny, now going by Jonathan, comes to stay while his family moves house. Convinced a boy will ruin everything, she schemes to keep him away, only to find he loves fancy things even more than she does. Feeling overshadowed, Nancy retreats with her doll before the cousins talk honestly about wanting to feel special. They make up as friends and share the fondue together.

Epic Halloween Prank Battle!

Dot sets out to finally scare her father, known in the family as the Scaremaster, during their week-long Halloween tradition. With help from her friends Ruby and Hal she stages costumes, decorations and frights, but her dad turns every attempt around and leaves his Scaremaster sticker behind. Dot's Nana then steps in with a plan, and a haunted-room setup finally makes the dad scream. At the end it is revealed that Nana was the original Scaremaster, and Dot signs off by choosing to unplug.

The Brownies vs Gourmet Greens

Two family teams, Sam with his dad as the Brownies and Freya with her grandad as the Gourmet Greens, compete in a timed cook-off judged by host Gia Re and chef Matt Tebbutt. The Brownies make an Italian-style monkfish with polenta while the Gourmet Greens bake a Greek spinach and feta spanakopita with pickled vegetables. The judges score both rounds on healthy eating, being family friendly, and taste and presentation. After close marks in both rounds, the contest ends in a tie and both teams are congratulated.

Heart & Soul vs Familicious

Two family teams, Roman with mum Helen as Heart & Soul and Connie with mum Sharon as Familicious, compete in a friendly kitchen contest to cook the best family dish. Heart & Soul make a Sicilian fish stew on couscous while Familicious build salmon and ginger fish cakes with potato rosti. A voiceover narrates the hour-long cook while two judges score each team on healthy eating, family fit, and taste and presentation. Heart & Soul finish with the higher total and are named the winners.

In the fairy tale town of Boysenburg, a friendly giant girl named Goldie accidentally crushes the home of a grumpy old neighbour, Mrs. Petunia, while showing off her twirling. When no one else will take Mrs. Petunia in and the builders are slow, she reluctantly moves into Goldie's nest. Over shared meals, button counting and a bedtime story, the two very different neighbours slowly warm to each other. By the end Mrs. Petunia admits she does not want to leave, and Goldie finds a way to join their homes so they can both stay close.

Salt & Pepper vs Sakura Dragons

Two family teams, a girl with her grandmother and a boy with his aunt, compete in a studio kitchen to cook a family dish within one hour. Judges Gia Ré and chef Matt Tebbutt score each meal on healthy eating, being family friendly, and taste and presentation. The children prepare a bunless wafu burger and a lemon salmon with dauphinoise potatoes while a narrator tracks their progress. After tasting and final scoring, the Sakura Dragons win by a single point and are congratulated.
