Downward Dog

Michael spends the weekend pet-sitting the neighbour's dog, Yuko, with big plans to become her best friend. When Yuko prefers playing with his younger brother Carl, Michael feels left out, until the panda neighbour Stillwater shares a story about Dario, a mouse who learns the joy of giving. Michael realises that keeping Yuko safe and happy, and sharing the fun with Carl, is what good pet-sitting is about. The episode closes with the whole group heading out for a walk together.

Cat

Outside Padget's shop, Bing and his caregiver Flop play hide and seek with Arlo the cat, stroking him until he purrs and falls asleep on a bench. Around the corner Bing meets an unfamiliar cat called Mitten, who hisses and runs off, leaving Bing shaken. Pando arrives, listens to what happened and quietly leads Bing to see Mitten with her newborn kittens, explaining that the mother cat was protecting her babies. The episode ends with Bing recapping the day to Flop and wondering whether one day he and Mitten might play together too.

Not Feeling the Fireworks

Star hands out party hats at her pink hotel and announces that this New Year's Eve there will be fireworks on the rooftop terrace. Her pups back out once they hear about the loud bangs, so Star first tries getting them to face their fear by playing loud sounds in the park, which only upsets them. She then offers her own headphones, the pups test them by asking her to play something loud, and it works. Extra headphones are arranged for the other dogs, and the whole group watches the fireworks together and wishes each other a happy New Year.

Caillou's All Alone

After the opening song and a storyteller introduction, Caillou tries to find someone to play with. Mommy is counting and asks him to leave her alone after he accidentally spills her papers, daddy is fixing the washing machine when it erupts in bubbles, and grandma is putting baby Rosie down for a nap. Caillou tries to engage his cat Gilbert in the garden, checks back on mommy, and finally ends up playing happily on his own with a teddy bear. Mommy finds him there and is reassured that he is fine.

Miffy Meets Snuffy

Miffy hears a strange scratching at her front door and finds a friendly brown dog waiting outside. She names him Snuffy, gives him cold water in the kitchen and takes him out into the garden, where he shows that he can sit, beg and roll over. Snuffy then runs to the kitchen window and barks until Miffy realises she has forgotten to turn off the tap and quickly closes it. The episode ends with Miffy thanking Snuffy with a biscuit and inviting him to come back any time, followed by an end card with subscribe and next-video prompts.

Nancy's Dog Show Disaster

After watching a televised dog show, Nancy decides her poodle Frenchy could win one too and organizes a contest in her backyard with her Plainfield friends. She trains Frenchy for the obedience and special-skills rounds, but he keeps running off and refusing commands, so she quietly enters Mrs. Devine's well-trained poodle Jewel in his place. When Frenchy bounds back mid-event, the judges disqualify Nancy for showing two dogs, and Bree and her dog Waffles win the trophy. Nancy hugs Frenchy and tells him he is still the best dog in the world.

Gotcha Goop

Zoey, also known as the superhero Starbeam, prepares a surprise birthday party for her grandfather at home with her mom and younger brother Henry. While Gramps is away on a fishing trip, the shape-shifting villain Goop sneaks into the house disguised as a present, trying to steal the beam key to free his boss Todd. Zoey and her mom split up to search the house, fail with a first bubble-blast attempt, then trap Goop in a vacuum gadget. The episode ends with the surprise party landing successfully and Gramps saying his birthday wish has already come true.

The Little Mouse

Elliot loses his first baby tooth and his mother explains that a little mouse will come during the night to swap it for a coin. Friends at school feed him scary stories about the mouse crawling up his nose, and Elliot tries to ward it off by sending an email and recruiting the family cat Mutton. He falls asleep and dreams of riding Mutton into a battle to rescue the Tooth Fairy, then wakes up to find a coin under his pillow. The closing scene cuts to a real mouse leaping onto mom and the cat chasing it.

Bingo Dog Song
