Makka Pakka Washes Faces

A long bedtime story set in the Night Garden, a dreamlike outdoor world of puppet creatures. Makka Pakka travels from friend to friend (Igglepiggle, Upsy Daisy, the Tombliboos and the ten tiny Pontipines), washing each one's face with his sponge, soap and water. Between visits, the camera follows characters strolling slowly through grass and flowers while a soft narrator describes what is happening. The episode ends with everyone, including a briefly forgotten Igglepiggle, being tucked into bed as the narrator wishes them all goodnight.

Snout Wash Day

Three wombat siblings, Zadie, Malik, and their toddler brother Zeke, get ready for Snout Wash Day in their tree-top community. Zeke is attached to a grubby stuffed toy, so the older two set out to clean it without upsetting him. They try several approaches and build a contraption to wash it, checking and adjusting as they go, with help from their grandmother and neighbours. By the end the toy is clean and the family is ready for the wash day.

Dave and Ava, two toddlers dressed in animal onesies, sing a good-habits song in a bright bathroom and home setting. Across the verses they demonstrate brushing their teeth, washing their faces, combing their hair, eating their food and drinking their milk, each repeated with the refrain to do it 'properly' and 'every day.' The mood stays cheerful and playful, with bubbles and dancing between verses. It ends with the characters facing the camera as a voice thanks viewers and invites them to subscribe and download the app.
