Stuck in the Rain

Stillwater explains that he treats the rain as a raincoat and tells the story of Odette, a gardener who removes the bees from her garden and then loses all her fruit. Michael takes the lesson to heart, realises rain helps things grow, and starts having fun racing leaf boats and jumping in puddles. The episode closes with the children playing happily in the rain.

Popcorn Picture Show

Fig, a young fox, finds a long loopy tube and joins his friend Maple and his companion Stick to gather popcorn for the evening picture show. At Popcorn Canyon the sun pops the kernels, but the light popcorn floats away whenever Fig tries to toss it down to the bowls below. After watching a mother cuckoo carry popcorn through the tree to feed her chicks, Fig realises he can use his tube to send the popcorn straight into the bowls. With the bowls full, everyone heads home for the firefly-lit picture show.

The Beach

At a sunny Australian beach, Bluey finds a special shell and sets off alone to show it to Mum, who is further along the sand. Imagining herself as a mermaid with legs from King Neptune, she follows Mum's footprints, meets crabs, a jellyfish and a pelican, and pushes on when a wave washes the path away. She reaches Mum, who praises her for coming all that way by herself. The episode closes with Bluey reflecting that she loves walking by herself.

Ducks

Sula shows Bing how to stand 'statue still' and stay quiet so the ducks come close, while Bing keeps scaring them off by being loud. Puppy Sitting

The episode ends with a live-action visit to the tundra near Nome, where Molly and local children learn about musk ox and their qiviut fur.

The Green Pepper

When they realize Harold only wants the pepper because his own food got soaked, they build him a dry home for his acorns. The pepper ripens, they pick it, and share a salad with a neighbor.

The Salmon Leap

On the island of Puffin Rock, young puffin Oona and her friend Adam invite the owl Otto to the waterfall to watch salmon leap upstream at sunrise. First the little owlets Pip and Pop, and Oona's baby brother Baba, must be settled to sleep, so the friends try soft bedding, a game and counting sheep without success. They finally realise the owlets stayed awake because no one said goodnight, and once tucked in the babies drift off. The friends rush to the waterfall and just catch the salmon leaping before the sun climbs too high.

Amazing Cave Animals

Host Jessi, a male co-host and Squeaks the robot rat get ready to visit their friend Sam the bat in his cave. Along the way they explain that a cave is a habitat, show real footage of an olm, a Mexican tetra and a cave spider, and point out that these animals have no eyes. They walk the viewer through why deep cave animals rely on smell and touch instead of sight, and invite the child to close their eyes and notice their own senses. The episode ends back in the studio as the hosts finish packing for the trip.

Sticker Shock

Ladybugs!

His older sister Una and their rabbit friend May take turns checking on him while exploring worms, frogspawn and new flowers around the island. May offers to babysit so Una can play, and everyone slowly understands that Baba wants the hedgehog to enjoy spring with them. By evening the hedgehog stirs and the family gathers to enjoy the season together.
