They visit the library, find a book about donkeys and learn that donkeys naturally look sad even when they are happy. After a walk in the park, Duck reveals he was upset because Sarah had buried his bread for him, and Scarf Lady returns to collect a contented Donkey.

Grandma trusts Phoebe and Jay to look after the community garden's first bell pepper until it ripens from green to orange. Using a moisture meter, a watering can and plenty of patience, the children keep the soil just right through sun and rain while shooing a hungry squirrel named Harold. When they realize Harold only wants the pepper because his own food got soaked, they build him a dry home for his acorns. The pepper ripens, they pick it, and share a salad with a neighbor.

On a night on Puffin Rock, young puffin Una and her family and friends set out to watch the August meteor shower together. Along the way they gather hedgehogs, owls and others heading for the sand dunes, while a narrator explains how shooting stars are made. When Una learns her friend Silky is too worried to come, she leaves the show to reassure her and offers to stay by her side. Silky joins them, the friends welcome her with a berry, and the whole island watches the meteor shower together.

Gaston the Ladybird

Ben the elf and Holly the fairy princess play with their friend Gaston the ladybird, riding on his back and watching him roll over. The next day Gaston will not come out, so they ask Nanny Plum for help and visit his cave. They find it messy and smelly and decide to clean it as a surprise, but Gaston cries when he sees what they have done. The friends realise Gaston loved his home just as it was, and they happily put back the cobwebs, smelly socks and dirt before running off to play again.

Together We're Not Alone

Doe accidentally knocks over Ray's guitar while dancing, so the three friends set off for the Falsetto Forest, the place where new guitars grow. On the way in they pass trumpeting flowers, drumming flowers and jingling vines, and Doe, who is nervous about the dark forest, writes each new sound down as the group's expert. After Doe finds the guitar bush and Ray picks a new guitar, they realise nobody remembers the route home. Doe works out that they can retrace the sounds in reverse order, and the friends listen their way back out of the forest.

The Big Sneeze

Pocoyo, Pato the duck and Ellie the elephant take turns building a tower out of coloured blocks in a plain, open space. Each time it grows tall, Ellie sneezes and knocks it over, which frustrates Pato until the narrator explains she has a cold and cannot help it. Pocoyo helps settle Ellie into bed to rest so the others can keep playing. At the end Pato appears to have caught the cold too, and the narrator says goodbye.

Alma's Way

Alma Cools Off

On a sweltering summer day in her Bronx neighborhood, Alma and her friends cool off with a game of water tag. When Howard tells little Junior he is too little to play, Junior is left out and upset, so Alma comforts him and includes him in follow-the-leader. Later Alma faces her own choice about whether to exclude Howard, and she stops to think it through before deciding to tell Howard honestly how she feels. Howard apologizes to Junior, and the episode ends with everyone, big and small, playing water tag together.

Lovely Little Farm

On a countryside farm, sisters Jill and Jackie prepare their animals for a special farm family photo before baby Josh falls asleep. Jill works through one small hitch after another, leading wandering goats with carrots, cleaning dusty chickens and making the pony Pickle a straw bow so she feels included. The whole household, animals and all, finally gathers for the picture, and the family tells Jill she brought everyone together. The episode closes with a gentle goodbye as two sheep leave for the fields and grandfather Jamma announces he is moving in.

Delilah, a young dachshund, arrives wearing a cone after hurting her paw and keeps bumping into things during tag and fetch. With Pretzel and her friends she rides a train to the park to find a game that works for her. There she discovers the cone helps her hear faraway sounds, which lets her find a lost pup and reunite it with its mother. The friends turn the discovery into a new game called Hear and Seek, and Paxton makes his own cone so he can play too.

Izzy's Koala World

Twinkle's Rescue

Izzy and her mum, a vet, rescue a young koala that has been separated from her mother and stung around the eyes by green ants. They bring her home, treat her with eye cream, and coax her to eat leaves and drink milk, then name her Twinkle. Izzy decorates an enclosure with bark and eucalyptus and introduces Twinkle to another rescued koala, Chompy, who welcomes her. The episode closes with Izzy reminding viewers to tell an adult if they find a sick or injured animal.
