Extra headphones are arranged for the other dogs, and the whole group watches the fireworks together and wishes each other a happy New Year.

Bex works out that making the robot crow drains its energy, so the team pretends to sleep until it powers down near the city power plant. In the end Bex apologizes, learns she needs to go to bed on time, and settles in for the sleep she needs to get her powers back.
