Monster in the Garden

Craig and his siblings spend a weekend at their grandparents' house, where granddad's vegetable garden is being mysteriously eaten. Craig teams up with granddad to build a fence and set traps, imagining the culprit is a shapeshifting monster. After each plan fails, he patiently watches the garden at night and discovers the real thief is a deer slipping through a hole in the fence. Grandma, a city councilwoman, calls to have the fence holes patched, and the mystery is solved.

In the fantasy town of Sturdy Stone, a traveling saleswoman called Granny Cutie trades enchanted belts for the villagers' treasured old belongings. Pinecone and her pony miss out and, encouraged by Hawthorne, build a belt of their own from workshop materials, which friends first mock. When Granny is exposed as the shapeshifting witch Magpie, whose belts were fake magic, Pinecone leads the group to confront her. Using their homemade belt gadgets they defeat Magpie, recover everyone's items, and the handmade belts become the new trend.

The Future Is Cardboard

Craig meets Carter Brown, a boy obsessed with cardboard who recruits him to help build and mobilise an elaborate cardboard city. Absorbed in the project, Craig pushes away his friends Kelsey and JP, and they wander off and discover another cardboard town Carter once abandoned. When Carter uses a giant cardboard robot to crush the rival city, Craig realises building means nothing without his friends. The three reunite, stop the robot, and Carter storms off vowing to return.

In the underground caves of Fraggle Rock, Gobo's Uncle Matt decides to leave and explore what the Fraggles call outer space, which is really the human world beyond a hole in Doc's workshop wall. Matt asks Gobo to collect the messages he will send back, but Gobo is frightened of the workshop's dog, whom the Fraggles treat as a beast. Gobo visits the all-knowing Trash Heap, who tells him that friends help, so his friends go into the workshop with him. With their support Gobo retrieves the first message and the Fraggles celebrate.

Jungle

A narrator guides a journey through the rainforests of Latin America, following the smallest creatures as they survive among giant trees. A strawberry dart frog searches for a safe place to raise her tadpole, pygmy marmosets share the care of their young, and leafcutter ants, hummingbirds, an orchid bee, and a dung beetle each play their part. A great tree falls partway through, reshaping the forest and opening a gap for new life. The film closes on renewal, with the frog setting out again to raise the next generation.

Savannah

This documentary explores the African savannah from the point of view of its smallest animals, including an elephant shrew, a band of dwarf mongoose, a nesting crowned plover and a dung beetle. The small creatures forage, cooperate and defend their young against predators and trampling herds. By the end the migration moves on, the eggs hatch, the beetle wins a mate, and the mongoose welcome new recruits as life settles back to calm.

Jessica Goes to the Creek

Jessica reluctantly trades her fixed after-school routine for a day outdoors while Kelsey tests a series of traps and defenses that keep failing. A group of rival Junior Forest Scouts arrives to confront Craig over a glass bottle and a chase breaks out. The two siblings make up, and by the end Jessica has enjoyed herself, even if she declines to come back the next day.

Snow Place Like Home

Three baby bears, Grizz, Panda and Ice Bear, land on a snowy mountain and discover that rolling snow brings living snow people to life. They build a whole snow world and throw a huge party until the scientist figure Dia warns that spring is coming and everyone will melt. The bears organise a rescue, moving the crowd to the frozen mountaintop where nothing can melt. It ends with goodbyes and the snow community safe in their new home.
