Fishing with Father Bear

Little Bear and Father Bear set out early to catch the biggest fish in the lake. They pack a picnic, row out in a boat, and Father Bear teaches Little Bear to be his first mate, showing him how to row and cast a line. While they wait, they talk about life at sea, share cookies and imagine what they might catch. They reel in only a small fish, and the day ends with the two of them playing and splashing together in the water.

Pepi Nana Crosses the Bridge

At bedtime, a glowing Moon Baby travels down from the moon to the Toy House, where the toys come to life. Pepi Nana asks for a story, and the friends tell and act out a tale about Mr Onion and his beloved toy bridge, which Pepi Nana steps across with him. Back home the toys share tea and agree it was a lovely story. As the moon song returns, everyone says goodnight and settles back to sleep.

Xavier wants to play his recorder well enough to shine at the school concert, so he and his friends Brad and Yadina use their secret museum to travel back to 1692 Germany. There they meet a young Johann Sebastian Bach, who shows them how he writes music, learns how his organ works, and practices the same song again and again. The children return home with Bach's lesson that getting better takes hard work and practice, and Xavier performs at the concert. A short hide-and-seek scene in the museum's dinosaur exhibit closes the episode.

And Birdy Makes Three

Emily Elizabeth finds a baby bird that has fallen and decides to care for it until it can fly. Her big red dog Clifford feels left out as Emily spends her time feeding the bird and teaching it to flap its wings. With advice from his dog friends Cleo and T-Bone, Clifford tries to win back attention and then helps the bird take to the air. When the bird flies home with the others, Emily reassures Clifford that she will always love him.

Burst My Balloon

A group of baby animals, including the lion cub Bailey and the elephant Lulu, finish breakfast and find colored balloons waiting in their playroom. When Bailey accidentally pops Lulu's balloon during a game, Lulu is sad and cannot name the color she wants. The friends hold a word party to teach her the color names, asking the viewer to help, and a toy provides a new turquoise balloon. The babies play together and wave goodbye.

Wisdom from Smacky, Big Blinky, and Crane

In Cozy Cove harbour a community of talking boats, a crane and lighthouse beacons go about their daily work. Big Blinky teaches Little Blinky to warn ships with a fog light and a foghorn, the team frees a trawler stuck in a sandbank, and Smacky explains why an old anchor and a figurehead are worth keeping. A wistful song at sea is taken for returning mermaids, and a mix-up with the wrong oil is gently sorted out. The video closes with Smacky back home, content to fish now and then.
