This program is stimulating. It actively demands attention and can feel intense. For the recommended age, this may be on the more intense side. The pacing is calm. The main caveat is how much new material arrives at once, with a long string of dance terms like plie, saute, tendu and paradiddle stacked close together, more than a young preschooler can hold.
