Star is leading a yoga session with her pups on the terrace when Baby announces that winter ruins everything and heads inside to hibernate. Star first moves the yoga mat indoors and then offers freshly baked biscuits, but neither lifts his mood. Slivington points out that Baby keeps shivering, so Star sews him a full winter outfit with earmuffs, boots and a padded coat. Warm at last, Baby heads out, sees the snow-covered rooftop and decides winter is not so bad, and the episode closes with all three doing the happy penguin pose in the snow.

It's a Pony Thing

In a warm fantasy village, the wizardly mentor Grey Moon leaves Pony in charge of a rare cocoon that will hatch into a glowing lunar butterfly named Winnie. Pinecone, sure that her best friend would rather adventure with her, keeps inventing ways to skip the job, and her makeshift alarm fails so they miss the hatching. When Pony turns out to have quietly cared about Winnie all along, Pinecone apologises and the two track the butterfly to a dark cave and return her home. The episode ends with the friends agreeing to spend part of the afternoon doing their own separate things.

Princess Pinecone, an eight-year-old archer, is thrilled to meet her hero Prince Randolph at a garden party, but he is arrogant and dismissive. Stung by his taunts, she challenges him to an archery duel with her trophy at stake, and when he cheats with his falcon she cheats back using a wizard's magic arrows. On the verge of winning, she confesses to the crowd that she used enchanted arrows and does not deserve the prize. The king makes Randolph return the trophy, and the group shares cake as Pinecone decides she would rather be herself than be like the prince.

Noah Rides the Waves

Noah turns up for a swimming class but a language barrier means he is misunderstood and ends up towed behind a boat on water skis instead. Panicking because he cannot swim, he talks himself through the Spanish for 'I can't swim', working from 'puedo nadar' to 'no puedo nadar', and finally rides the waves to cheers from the other children. A short companion segment then follows a small mouse in a separate, more textured cartoon style. The episode ends on celebration and the mouse's playful antics.

The Super Duper Bunny League is a team of superhero rabbits who protect Important City. When their inventor Doc builds an alarm-clock robot to wake the always-tired Bex, she zaps it in frustration and it turns into a giant rooster that rampages through the city and drains her powers. Bex works out that making the robot crow drains its energy, so the team pretends to sleep until it powers down near the city power plant. In the end Bex apologizes, learns she needs to go to bed on time, and settles in for the sleep she needs to get her powers back.

The Way of the Sponge

After a fright on a dark street that turns out to be his own imagination and his snail Gary, Squidward demands that SpongeBob teach him karate for revenge. SpongeBob and then Sandy train him, making him swear to use karate only for protection, and he masters the moves through everyday chores. Squidward breaks the promise and attacks a fish who was simply returning his dropped groceries. A police officer arrives and places him under arrest as the episode ends.

When Olive returns from a week home sick, she discovers her best friend Sydney has grown close to a new girl, Robin, which sets off a tangle of secret friendships and cover stories. In a parallel story, young Max hides from his friend Leo that he made the A basketball team while Leo landed on the C team. Both threads unravel as the lies pile up until the friends are caught. Everyone finally chooses honesty, with Sydney and Olive agreeing to always be truthful and Max deciding to come clean with Leo.

Lizard Lips!

In Important City, a team of rabbits with superpowers called the Super Duper Bunny League faces Lizard Lips, an evil scientist who uses a time machine to bring a Tyrannosaurus Rex from the past. While the team tries to send the dinosaur back, a nervous rabbit named Stumpy is meant to throw the ceremonial first pitch at a big baseball game. In the end, Stumpy's perfect throw powers the time machine and sends the T-Rex home. The episode closes with a teaser for the next story, 'Space Pirates!'

You've Got Female

Sydney is turned away from her school's jazz band because she is a girl, so she rallies other girls to protest for fair, open club sign-ups. Her campaign moves from a strongly worded email to a hallway walkout that lands her in detention, then goes viral and forces the school to reopen auditions. A parallel flashback shows her dad Max as a boy who once lied to keep skating with the popular 'dog boys' and lost a girl friend because of it. Sydney does not win the band spot in the end, but the clubs open up and Max admits his old mistake to her.

Mascot Madness; He is It!

Wayside is an animated school comedy told in two stories. In the first, the Wayside tetherball team is on a losing streak, so the class builds a giant paper-mache mascot called Big Head Todd to inspire them, and shy Todd learns to be accepted as himself. In the second, Myron becomes 'it' in a game of tag and uses stacks of rule books to control the playground, until his friend Dana tricks him into giving up the power and the two make up. Both stories end with the friends reconciled, capped by an absurd gag that leaves a cow as 'it'.

In a city street full of Dalmatians, Dolly sets her heart on learning daredevil tricks from Sid, a fast-talking squirrel, while her brother Dylan grows convinced Sid is up to no good. Sid turns out to be using Dolly's skills to crack open the family's hidden nut stash, and once Dylan exposes him a chase breaks out across the neighbourhood. Dolly ends up falling from the church tower and is caught by the other pups with a mattress. The episode closes with Dolly and Dylan patching up their quarrel and promising to be there for each other.

SpongeBob and Patrick spot the Drastic Radicals, a team of extreme sports stars, performing stunts on Sand Mountain and decide they want to join. Mishearing 'sports' as 'spots', they keep offering their own activities, jump rope, boxing and dumpster diving, while the team mocks their efforts and shows off ever bigger tricks. The pair press on through crashes and rejections. The episode ends with one last outrageous stunt as the friends keep chasing the extreme life.
