Hide and Seek

In a woodland home, Little Bear and his friends Duck, Hen, Cat, and Owl decide to play hide-and-seek, and Duck finally gets his wish to be the seeker. He closes his eyes and counts to ten while the others hide, then searches the forest, finding each friend by spotting footprints and following sounds. Once everyone is found, Little Bear heads home. There he surprises Mother Bear with a playful 'Boo!' at the washing line.

Once Nessie understands what is happening, his fear fades. He joins the race and crosses the finish line first.

Cleo, a small purple dog, is given a brand new toy and decides she does not want to share it with her friends Clifford and T-Bone. For several days she dodges their invitations to play, hiding the toy and making up excuses, while the other two have fun together with an old tire. Eventually Cleo admits she kept the toy to herself and realizes that playing alone is no fun. She joins her friends and they play with the toy together.

Square's Different Day

When his friend Circle mistakes one block for a sculpture and asks him to carve a perfect circle of her, Square tries all day and night and accidentally grinds the whole block into rubble. He wakes convinced he has failed and thinks about hiding in his cave forever. Circle returns, sees the leftover rock as a perfect likeness of herself and calls him a genius.

Lucas, a small fuzzy spider, discovers Halloween in his home and gets excited about pumpkins, costumes and spooky decorations. He starts jumping out to 'boo' his friends, including the dog Bodie, a chameleon and a bee, until they grow tired of being startled. The friends hide and boo him back so he understands how it felt. Lucas realises surprising someone who does not want it is not fun, and they agree to only boo when everyone is ready.

Don't Eat Me

In a real-looking family home, the fly Finley becomes convinced that his best friend Lucas the spider wants to eat him, after a nature-documentary style opening shows a spider trapping a fly. Finley runs and hides across the house while Lucas, thinking it is a new game called 'Don't eat me', cheerfully chases after him. When Lucas realises Finley is genuinely scared, he stops and promises he would never eat him. The episode ends with the two friends admitting they are both hungry, before another fly starts the game again.

Pinga in a Box

Pingu and his baby sister Pinga turn an empty cardboard box into a hiding place and toy inside their igloo home, popping out to surprise each other. The story then moves outdoors to the snowy village, where Pingu loads parcels onto a sled and helps deliver boxes between the igloos. The family and neighbours appear throughout, and the whole episode is told through claymation with no spoken words. It ends with Pingu back among the boxes after the deliveries are done.

A Quiet Chase
