She reaches Mum, who praises her for coming all that way by herself. The episode closes with Bluey reflecting that she loves walking by herself.

They reach the pond to find many frogs gathered for spring, and the frog is finally home. The parents then guide the sleepy pufflings back to their burrow for the night.
