Daniel Tiger is playing pretend jungle with his stuffed tiger when Prince Tuesday arrives to babysit so Mom and Dad can go out dancing. Daniel walks Prince Tuesday through his bedtime routine of pajamas, potty, and brushing teeth, but realises at lights-out that his tiger toy is missing. Together they retrace the evening's play and find tiger in the pillow cave, after which Daniel falls asleep. Mom and Dad return as promised, give the fuzzy goodnight kiss, and the episode closes on the 'Grown-ups come back' song.

Sarah and Duck find tiny seeds tucked inside their newspaper and decide to plant them in pots in the living room. They water the soil, get muddy, clean up and then wait through dinner and bedtime for something to happen. The next morning small sprouts appear, and Sarah looks them up in her vegetable book before a character called the Plate Girl arrives to confirm they are shallots, the baby onions that stay small. The episode ends with Duck giving the little shallots gentle 'lessons' in the garden.

Molly, an Alaska Native girl, hears how a pilot named Ellen Peniak inspired her mother to fly. When the library's books leave women pilots out, Molly digs deeper online and through Auntie Midge's stories, then flies along on a mail run where her mom lands safely by reading the wind off a lake. Together they write a booklet about Ellen and two other women pilots and leave it at the library so others can learn about them.

Bluey and Bingo turn their house into a pretend hotel and welcome their dad Bandit as the guest. Across the episode they check him in, deliver room service, play out a misbehaving hotel cat, and finally settle him into bed for the night. The story is set entirely inside the family home and is built around sibling cooperation and parent-child play. It ends quietly with the guest tucked in and the game winding down.

A weekend morning at the Heeler house unfolds, with Bingo drawing at the breakfast table while Bluey and Bandit launch into a cardboard-armour knight game across the kitchen and stairs. The family moves through several quiet domestic beats, including a longer stretch outdoors where Mum Chilli is shown on her own, looking thoughtful. Along the way they gather hedgehogs, owls and others heading for the sand dunes, while a narrator explains how shooting stars are made. When Una learns her friend Silky is too worried to come, she leaves the show to reassure her and offers to stay by her side. Silky joins them, the friends welcome her with a berry, and the whole island watches the meteor shower together.

Fruit Bat

Bluey doesn't want to go to bed and wishes she could be a nocturnal fruit bat instead. Her parents move her through rocket ship play, a penguin bath, a bedtime story and lights out, while Mum sits beside her and suggests she try dreaming about being a fruit bat. Bluey then dreams of meeting her dad as a fruit bat on a football field, watching him score a try. She wakes the next morning, tells Mum about her dream, and asks for toast instead of fruit salad.

The Salmon Leap

On the island of Puffin Rock, young puffin Oona and her friend Adam invite the owl Otto to the waterfall to watch salmon leap upstream at sunrise. First the little owlets Pip and Pop, and Oona's baby brother Baba, must be settled to sleep, so the friends try soft bedding, a game and counting sheep without success. They finally realise the owlets stayed awake because no one said goodnight, and once tucked in the babies drift off. The friends rush to the waterfall and just catch the salmon leaping before the sun climbs too high.

Bluey meets Jean-Luc, a French-speaking dog, while her family is camping in the Australian bush. Over several days the two invent games together, pretending to live in the forest, planting a seed and chasing a wild pig. One morning Bluey finds Jean-Luc's tent packed away and learns his family has gone home. Her mum comforts her with the idea that special people sometimes come for a while and then leave, and the seed they planted grows into a small tree.

At bedtime, Bingo cannot find her toy Floppy, so Mum helps her retrace the whole day backwards through the family's suburban home. Each step reveals the imaginative game Bluey and Bingo played, turning Dad into a 'chicken rat' with a magic wand, laying a pretend egg, dressing as ninjas and running a restaurant. Bingo finally remembers she hid Floppy inside the pretend chicken rat egg to keep her safe, and the toy is found. The family settles down with warm goodnights.

Makka Pakka Washes Faces

A long bedtime story set in the Night Garden, a dreamlike outdoor world of puppet creatures. Makka Pakka travels from friend to friend (Igglepiggle, Upsy Daisy, the Tombliboos and the ten tiny Pontipines), washing each one's face with his sponge, soap and water. Between visits, the camera follows characters strolling slowly through grass and flowers while a soft narrator describes what is happening. The episode ends with everyone, including a briefly forgotten Igglepiggle, being tucked into bed as the narrator wishes them all goodnight.
