Swing

Bing the rabbit arrives at the playground with his caretaker Flop and asks for a turn on the big swing. When his friend Pando the panda arrives and wants a turn too, Flop suggests they count to ten to share. Pando refuses to count when it is Bing's turn to wait, Bing gets frustrated and runs in front of the swing, and the swing hits him. Flop comforts Bing, checks every body part, explains that swings need time to stop, and Bing finishes the episode on a smaller swing while reflecting on what happened.

Here I Go

Bing, a young rabbit, and his friend Pando find a new climbing frame at the park with steps, a tippy tunnel, a rope ladder and a wobbly bridge. At the top, Bing is scared of the very high slide and tells his carer Flop he does not like it. With Flop's patience, and after watching Pando and the toy Hoppity Voosh go down first, Bing slides down himself and enjoys it. He ends by recapping that when you are scared, you can watch someone else try first.

Learn Letter F & Number 8

Shadow

Acornball

To make the wait fun, Donkey Hodie invents a game called Acorn Ball, tossing acorns into a bucket, and the friends keep adding new rules like an excited dance, a Stinky Cheese Rock sniff, and a yodel. By the time the new game is finally ready, everyone is enjoying Acorn Ball so much that Game Show Gator joins in too.

Hide and Seek

Emma reassures him, helps him clean up, Sula finds dry pants in the lost basket, and Bing reflects that next time he will go before playing or stop the game to use the toilet.

Blocks

Bing decides to build a block tower as tall as himself in his play area. When Coco arrives wanting the same blocks for a rainbow and baby Charlie grabs the red block, the friends bump into each other's plans, and the tower ends up knocked down. With Flop's guidance, they combine their ideas into one rainbow tower that reaches Bing's height. The episode closes with Bing recounting what happened and what he felt to a friendly storyteller rabbit.

Car Park

Bing wants to play his car park game with Flop, but Charlie, a younger visitor, keeps parking vegetables and tips over the garage. Blossoms

Little Nutbrown Hare, his father Big Nutbrown Hare and Little Field Mouse follow blossoms floating in a stream and set out on a springtime journey to find the blossom tree they came from. Along the way the father shares riddles, and the children work out each clue to climb the hill and reach the flowering tree. On the way home they realise the stream will carry them back the way the blossoms came, a quicker route. The story ends back where they began, with a tender exchange about how much they love each other.

Musical Statues

At an indoor play group it is Bing's turn to choose, and he picks musical statues. With Flop working the music, Bing, Sula, Pando, Coco and baby Charlie dance and then freeze each time the music stops, dropping out one by one when they wobble. Pando is the last statue standing, and Bing is disappointed that he did not win the game he chose, so he stops playing. He soon decides to rejoin because it is more fun with everyone, and the group settles in to play again.

Magic Xylophone

Bluey and Bingo discover a toy xylophone that, in their imagination, freezes their dad Bandit whenever a certain note is struck. They use it to direct him around the house and yard, with the rules expanding as the game goes on. The mallet changes hands several times, leading Bingo to end up frozen herself before the sisters figure out how to set each other free. The episode closes back at home with the family game still in full swing.

Flood & Mud

On a rainy day in the forest, Zack and Lily discover that rain has formed a stream washing away the town's roads, and with the construction Zerbies they try blocking it with dirt, then dig a pit to hold the water, and finally redirect the stream away from town. In the second story Zack and Rex play hide-and-seek, and Rex, a big yellow car, keeps failing to hide behind a rock and under sticks and leaves until he covers himself in mud and blends into the plants. Rex is crowned the hide-and-seek champion, and the friends head off to wash the mud away. Both stories are set entirely outdoors among real water, dirt and trees.

Rocks & Rolls

Small toy cars with faces, including Zack, Axle, Rex and Lily, play in a real forest and sand pit. In the first story they get stuck in a large bowl dug into the sand and try several ways out before circling fast enough to escape. In the second they want to climb a big log, build a sand ramp that keeps collapsing, and learn that wetting the sand makes it firm enough to drive on. Both stories end with the cars succeeding and rolling off toward their next idea.

Horsey Ride

Bluey plays with her toy pony when her cousins Muffin and Socks arrive for a family visit with their parents. All four puppies want the pony at the same time, which sparks a series of small disputes and tearful moments. Through trial and error the children invent new games, a horsey ride, a dress-up salon and a pretend pampering parlour, so several of them can take part at once. By the end the cousins leave happily and Bluey hands the pony over for a final goodbye.

Shops

Bluey and her friends set out to play shops in the bushland, turning logs, seeds and berries into a till, money and kitten treats. Bluey keeps inventing new rules and details, so the game never actually starts, which wears out Mackenzie until he walks off. The friends bring him back, and Bluey admits she keeps adding things while Mackenzie admits he rushes, so they promise to meet halfway. They finally play through one complete sale and head off to a new game.

Trampoline

Bluey and Bingo want their dad to stay home instead of going to work, so they invent a game turning the backyard trampoline into a toaster, juicer and frying pan to make him breakfast. After a sad goodbye the girls keep playing, inventing a salad spinner game and inviting Mum to join. The episode stays in the family's sunny suburban backyard from morning through their imaginative play.

The Doctor

The game plays out in a bright playroom with chairs lined up as a waiting room. It ends on a pun as the still-waiting character resolves to 'just be patient.'

Hide and Seek
