Together they retrace the evening's play and find tiger in the pillow cave, after which Daniel falls asleep. Cake Bake

On the morning of Duck's birthday, Sarah decides to bake him a cake. After Duck picks an unusual 'bread cake' from the recipe book, Sarah gathers ingredients and starts mixing, only for batter to ruin the open recipe. The cake itself speaks up and dictates the remaining steps while a parcel arrives from Sarah's grandmother containing roller skates for Duck. Once baked, Sarah, Duck and the talking cake head to the park, where everyone sings a birthday song together.

ABCs with Blue

Across warmly colored rooms they hunt for three clues, a moon, a cow and the word jump, writing each in the handy dandy notebook and helping a neighbor with groceries along the way. Josh spells words aloud, reads picture sentences with the viewer and fixes jumbled ones like 'The ball threw a girl.' In the thinking chair he combines the clues to name the book as 'Hey Diddle Diddle', then closes with a goodbye song.

The Green Pepper

Grandma trusts Phoebe and Jay to look after the community garden's first bell pepper until it ripens from green to orange. Using a moisture meter, a watering can and plenty of patience, the children keep the soil just right through sun and rain while shooing a hungry squirrel named Harold. When they realize Harold only wants the pepper because his own food got soaked, they build him a dry home for his acorns. The pepper ripens, they pick it, and share a salad with a neighbor.

Fort Yaber

Using a diagram Manny drew, they gather blankets, pillows and couch cushions, but their first attempt collapses because they ignore the order of the steps. With encouragement from their dad, they realize the numbers on the diagram show the sequence, rebuild the fort correctly, and add their own touches to make it bigger. Manny returns to find the finished fort, and the family wraps up with a playful pretend gator chase.

Fishing with Father Bear

Max's Rainy Day

The Meteor Shower

Silky joins them, the friends welcome her with a berry, and the whole island watches the meteor shower together.

Happy Birthday Blue

Hide and Seek
