The Space Shuttle

Twins Stan and Olivia decide to play astronauts and build a pretend space shuttle from a box, complete with a control panel and a takeoff button. They gather their friends and work out who can fly it, while Stan admits he is too scared to go into space. The group gives Stan the job of running the air base from the ground so he can still take part, and they act out a launch past stars and planets. The episode ends back with the friends happily agreeing that playing astronauts is fun.

The Icecube

Twins living in a soft make-believe world want a cold drink and get a big ice cube from their generous friend Bigfoot. When the cube vanishes from a pocket, leaving only water, they decide it was stolen and question friends Podium, Magma and Puff, each of whom turns out to be wet for an innocent reason. In the end Bigfoot explains that ice cubes simply melt, the twins apologise for not listening, and he gives them a fresh cube and a cold drink.

The Silly Hat

Twin friends Stan and Olivia borrow a silly hat from Puff and promise to keep it safe until he returns from his bath. They puzzle over where to store it, try to play painting and ball games without harming it, then misplace it after running off for a snowball fight. When Puff asks for it back, they panic and retrace every hiding spot until they find it in the hat closet and return it. The episode ends with the friends back to playing and the hat safely home.

The Tidy-Up

Twins Stan and Olivia realise their playroom is too messy to enjoy, so they set out to tidy it. They try one method, grouping toys by type, then a fussy method that mixes them up, before agreeing to sort every book, car and stuffed toy into red, blue and yellow teams. When their multicolored Leonardo toy fits no team, their friend Puff shares a piece of rainbow to make a multicolored team. The room ends clean and the twins go back to playing.

The Nap

Twins Stan and Olivia are playing catch in a candy-coloured park when Sheriff Pearl has to leave to put baby Puff down for her nap. The twins offer to handle nap time so Sheriff Pearl can keep playing, and they try waiting, reading a story and singing a lullaby, but none of it works. In the end Sheriff Pearl settles Puff simply by looking her in the eyes and saying 'nap time'. She then teaches the twins her trick before the episode closes with the Paprika theme song.

The Sheriff's

Twin siblings Stan and Olivia want to become sheriffs like their idol, Sheriff Pearl, in a bright imaginary land of talking clouds, seagulls and other creatures. They take on small rescue missions, from retrieving a flown-off hat to sorting out squabbling seagulls, but keep getting the job wrong until Pearl shows them the right way. Pearl reassures the discouraged pair and awards them their badges anyway. By the end the twins have lost interest in being sheriffs and cheerfully decide they would rather make hats.

The Secret

In a bright seaside town of talking animals, a friend keeps being told secrets and keeps blurting them out to everyone. Each slip is smoothed over by turning it into a kind compliment, which keeps friendships warm even when the secret escapes. The biggest secret, that Podium the crab is preparing a dance show, turns out to be something everyone already knows. The episode ends with the friends happily agreeing that a shared secret is no secret at all.

The Cuddly Toy

A group of young friends line up to ride a big slide, but the gatekeeper keeps announcing new requirements: first you need a cuddly toy, then it needs a name, then it must be hugged. Stan and Olivia scramble to turn a sock and a towel into proper cuddly toys, decorating and naming them along the way. When Olivia finally slides with no toy at all and is not scared, the others realise not everyone needs one. The episode ends with each child settling on what works for them, while Yeti happily keeps the toy he still wants.

The Jar

Across a bright preschool world they keep hunting for something special enough to justify opening it, showing off paper hearts and clay figures and visiting friends like Bigfoot and the cloud Puff. Each time they decide it is not special enough after all. When they finally open the jar, the clay has dried out from waiting too long, and they set off to find another way to have fun.

The Thingy

In the world of Paprika, one young sibling becomes set on finding out what a mysterious green, prickly object is, checking it against a magic device called the encyclotronic that names it wrong every time. Meanwhile the other sibling just wants to play grocery store, selling kiwis for shells to a string of customers. After the object is passed to a crab, a cloud creature and others who each accept a different wrong name, the searcher finally gives up the hunt and decides playing together matters more. The episode closes with a hint that the thingy was a tooth left out for the Tooth Fairy.

The Newcomer

Stan and Olivia want everyone to play with their giant beach ball, but Bigfoot cannot join because a seagull is sitting on his head and refuses to play. The two friends try one idea after another to befriend the bird, talking to her, sharing a snack, and even wearing seagulls on their own heads. In the end the birds squabble and the newcomer flies off, and Bigfoot reveals she was never his friend, just a bird that had landed on him three days earlier. He thanks the friends and finally takes his turn with the beach ball.

The Seagulls

When Olivia invites a real seagull inside, more and more birds arrive and the noise makes reading impossible. The episode ends with the birds calm and the game of chase from the opening picked up again.

The Secret Code

Paprika and her friends invent a secret code so they can get into their playhouse, but one friend forgets it and refuses every offer to be told, set on remembering it herself. The group lets the mix-up go and moves on together to a show about finding Moo Moo.

The Surprise

Paprika twins Stan and Olivia and their friends Puff and Ed plan a set of surprises, a snow cake, a snowman and a snowball fight, for their friend Bigfoot while he is away at the hairdresser. In a snowy outdoor setting, they keep giving in to temptation and use up each surprise before he returns. When Bigfoot finally comes home, they confess and apologise. He forgives them and tells them they are his best friends, and the episode closes with the Paprika song.
