On a spring day in Important City, the chocolatier Doc Choc lures the Super Duper Bunny League into his workshop and freezes them in chocolate, planning to grab every egg at the annual Easter egg hunt for himself. Dr. Annabelle, the brainy bunny he refused to sculpt, notices her friends are missing and sets out to rescue them. When her super suit is turned to chocolate, she outsmarts Doc Choc by offering him a giant basket with a hole cut in the bottom, so the eggs spill out for the waiting children. Doc Choc is carried off to 'Happy Camp,' Annabelle reverses the ray to free her friends, and the League celebrates back at headquarters.

In the end Bex apologizes, learns she needs to go to bed on time, and settles in for the sleep she needs to get her powers back.

They discover her real problem is a fear of water, defeat her plan, and offer her swimming lessons at a summer camp before finally jumping into the pool themselves.

She uses 'power block' to temporarily remove the team's powers so they can camp the real way, but the bunnies complain, beg for tacos and get spooked by her Bigfoot campfire story. When she vanishes the next morning to fetch tacos, the powerless team searches the woods, gets lost, and tumbles off a cliff into a river headed for a waterfall. Dr. Annabelle rescues them with poncho parachutes, the water restores their powers, and everyone makes up over tacos, capped by a joke that Bigfoot may be real after all.

When the attack begins and the team cannot reach the cloud, Annabelle realizes that hair grows back, and Steve rushes in to save the city. The villain is defeated and carried off, the parade goes ahead, and Steve's new haircut even becomes a trend.

Instead of fighting to the finish, Steve wins the villain over with the bracelet after learning he has never had a friend, and the two team up to short-circuit the robot in the water.
